I tried to return the printer never having opened it, but was told that I could not because Best Buy has a 14 day return policy. If these are your terms, so be it, but I doubt if I'll ever make any big purchases from Best Buy again. I'm not saying that I will never shop there, just that with such a limited window for returns, I'll likely make larger purchases elsewhere.

This is, without a doubt, the worst HP printer that I have ever owned. It claims to be established in my Wi-Fi, but yet will not print from mt laptop, iPad or phone. I printed out a wi-fi network test results and it says that more then one Wi-Fi router has been found that matches your Wi-Fi network name SSID, Says to change SSDI name and password to correct. FIOS and I did this, changed these things in the printer setup, the printer claims to have thewifi set up, but continues to use the same excuse to not ptint. I purchased this printer less than 90 days ago and it is useless.

We have used the same HP printer for the past 6 years replacing it every couple of years. For the price and purpose, the quality was always exceptional until this specific model. The scanner freezes up at least 2-3 times a day requiring us to unplug the printer and shutdown our computers. The paper seems to jam really easily so we have to be very careful with how much we put in the tray at a time which then requires frequent re-filling.

Ordered online for pickup. Ordered 9125e. Friend picked it up as I am disabled. Receipt says 9125, but the box and the printer say 9120, the older model. This one does not have duplex printing.

This printer should not be sold by Best Buy - the paper tray is poorly designed and so it frequently jams. I wanted a basic home printer / scanner and this one had good reviews and I'm not sure why. I see on the HP website that many people complain about the paper tray. Buy a different printer. You will not be sorry.

On a basic level, it works but I dream of throwing it out my office window periodically. Print settings has a mind of its own, no matter how many times you've saved your changes or set your changes as "default". It randomly puts itself to sleep (sometimes in the middle of printing). Not satisfied.

Touch screen way too small. Very difficult to find copying options, like changing size of copy. Also, seems to disconnect on its own from wifi, so I then have to unplug it and restart the printer for it to reconnect to wifi.

Always was offline had Geek Squad remote into my laptop got printer to work and then the next day was offline again. Set up was difficult as well, not the right printer for someone over 50 in my opinion. Way to difficult, I returned it and bought a $90.00 Brothers printer and Love it.
