It's a lot different than my old 7000 series printer and is taking a little time to get used to but it prints nice.

    My Trust Has Been Violated

My old HP printer was doing fine until one day it gave an error message that didn't make sense. I went to BB and bought a new one three weeks, had it installed, and when an incoming telephone call was overrun by the fax function tones, I had to return it. It was a manufacturing error. I then bought to 912 5e, had it installed, and checked to see if the fax function worked correctly. It did and the Geek Squad Tech discovered that HP had set the fax recognition at two rings...not the standard six. He had a heckofa time getting into the printers software to reset the number of wrings to six, but he did it! Two days later....the fax unit had reset itself back to two wrings which caused me to miss an important incoming telephone call from my doctor. I WILL NOT PURCHASE ANOTHER HP PRODUCT OF ANY KIND. They have violated my trust, and do NOT support their customers,

The printer did not work well with the wifi . We always had to unplug the device and then plug it back in to reset the device. We had the Best Buy Geek Squad to come out to repair it and they could not so we had to change to another printer.

worst printer ever. Basic install instructions and HP keeps stating it isn't complete. 5 hours trying to rectify this and HP Support said it would get back to me in 72 hours. Going back to Best Buy with this crap. Has anyone ever had an HP printer work just right?

Not ready for new Surface Pros

Similar to my 9135e review, we tried the 9125e and, after 3 hours of text and chat with HP and two hours of chat with Microsoft, guess what? These printers are not yet compatible with the new MS Surface Pro 11, Snapdragon. HP points finger at Microsoft and, Microsoft points finger right back at HP, and I'm stuck in the middle. That's five hours of my life I'm not getting back, so both the computer and printer are being returned. Big Tech, Fancy new Co-Pilot? More like Big Grief. I'm getting a MacBook instead, problem solved!

This is the biggest piece of junk printer I have ever owned! I wish I could return it. I can choose the size paper from my computer, but doesn't matter! i have to then go clear across the room and physically change it on the printer screen! Paper size has to be changed TWO places each and every time! So annoying! It's just absolutely tiring. I hate it. I would never recommend it.

    DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY. Not only is this printer a complete waste of time and money, HP is now forcing you to have an internet connection and to be logged in to HP just to scan a simple document. Not sure what personal information they're collecting and selling but there's absolutely no reason to require one to be logged in just to scan.

Worked for about a month. The Pro allows duplex scanning so that was a feature we wanted. Now it constantly is not found on our WiFi (both WIndows and iPads, etc.). HP wants you to jump through many hoops to configure Windows. I am switching to another brand.

Could not get the scan to email to work. I spent an hour on it and I had IT folks look at it and they spent over three hours trying to get it to work. I took it back and bought the 9135e model and that was very easy to set up and use.

I have purchased 2 hp printers over the last 2 1/2 years and both has malfunctioned with in a years time of purchase. The 8135e I wait to long to report the problem just over a year even though it malfunctioned well. The latest 9130e has just been purchased 7 months ago already it down and hp support ask for a pay to fix the software. Smh!! Last hp purchase for me.

This was the second HP printer we purchased to replace an HP we had for over 10 years. It jams and pulls too much paper. It does not turn off unless unpllugged. We returned it. HP does not make the quality of printer it used to make.
