I like this printer much better than my old printer. It does things I did not do with the other one.

We're glad we spent a little more money to upgrade to the HP - OfficeJet Pro 9125e. We've been using this printer over the past few weeks and it's never missed a print job, jammed, or caused problems our old Canon printer had. It was easy to setup print and scan across our iPhones and laptops. Print quality for both Black and White and Color is fantastic.

It is a little loud while printing even on quiet mode. But that is my only complaint.

I really love this printer! It's so handy with all its multifunction capabilities. Once you have it, you can tackle all your office tasks without a hitch. The only thing I'm not a fan of is its size, but other than that, it’s been fantastic!

This is the BEST printer I've ever purchased. Easy to set up the online features. I love the scanning features, printing is perfect. A friend of mine recommended this printer and I just LIVE IR!

I purchased this printer to replace a HP printer that stopped working. This printer is noisier and the wifi did not work as well as the prior printer. Works well with cable connection to Computer/printer. Good price. Have difficulty with getting the wifi to stay active.

Although i had some trouble with initial set up, once i called the help line they were able to get jt set up and it works fine now. It is able to do duplex scanning which i appreciate. It is a little loud when printing.

This is a great printer! It makes professional quality prints. It is so easy to use with the Bluetooth connection. Set up was not difficult at all just make sure you download the HP app. I would highly recommend this printer to anyone looking to make professional grade prints at a relatively good price.

Our printer has been an absolute dream. No jams have been experienced. Overall if I can simply figure out how to fax I am completely open to a tutorial of how to use that function. The ease of use and overall quality make this product, one I will highly recommend.

Needed a printer right away and chose this with the help from a Best Buy worker. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase. Printer works flawlessly, and it offered free ink for 3 months.

Loved the fact that has a USB port on the side that is easily accessible for saving scans to. Easy to set up.

I like the quality of the print from the printer. I only concern is how long it takes to start a print after I hit the print button on my computer. With my old HP8515 (I belle that is the correct number ) the printer start very quickly. Some times I thing the printer isn’t going to start.

Setup was confusing at the point where I wanted to use Instant Ink, which I already use for the old printer. Had to figure out the replacement. Rest of setup went ok, and I'm not a tech geek. Others say it's noisy--yes, sounds like all internal parts are grinding and groaning plastic. Scan feature worked fine. Lost home internet connection but it came back on without my help. Have used OJ Pro models for probably 10 years + Instant Ink. It's a dependable line.

I waited to do a review because I more concerned with longevity. I glad to say it is still producing and I enjoy its many tools. What I don't like is the racket it makes when you turn it on and when printing, I thought it was about to fall apart. The next problem is replacing the ink. Oh I forgot I had to figure out what ink to buy because this style printer isn't sold anymore. That's why I returned the first one because I couldn't get the ink to stay inserted. Finally, I don't like that the only ink I can use in HP, and it is expensive. So needless to say, I will probably purchase another brand when this printer goes out.

it is more compact than last one alot more features and love getting 3 months free instant ink I will always stay with HP printers quality is great and they last a lot longer than any printer Ive ever had

Love the color, no distortion in quality, tech friendly, and easy setup. For the price, it’s great! One of best inkjet printers I have had. Love the storage, almost a whole reem.

Easy to connect and setup. A bit bigger than expected but like the larger capacity paper bin. Never sure if cartridges are in place as they don't "click" in. Scan and other features work seamlessly. MUST download HP Smart software

Works well; a bit slower than my previous HP All-in-One printer but acceptable.
