Best costumer service, best products , best quality, Best Buy. Whenever I need to buy something my first option es Best Buy, easy process. I just got this printer, I love it so far.

Easy set up, intuitive GUI, print quality is what I would expect from an HP.

Currently working as it should. Prints dark as we'd hoped (which was in stark contrast to last printer which only printed in grey scale). Very happy so far, but also only 1 month into its use.

I'm rating this one better than the 9015 that just gave up on me after almost six years. I'll say that the build quality is much better on this one. The paper tray on my old one started falling apart on the old one in its first few months. The new one at least feels more solid--albeit, just as iffy to get everything to fit together.

This is the best printer/copier/scanner I have ever owned in my 50 years working for myself. I can't say enough good things about this unit.

We had a similar model HP before, and this one seems a little slower than that one was. Also, we are having trouble with it falling off the blue-tooth connection, which means turning it off and back on again frequently. Otherwise, we are happy with the print quality and other features.

Great it prints great pictures double siding printing easy fax and scan. Very easy to set up Wi-Fi is great tprint from any mobile device

I love the printer works great it’s fairly quiet does what I need it to.

Prints my pages as it is supposed to. Haven’t had any issues!

Print, scan, copy, even fax (for those that still do that). High quality results.

Loved the fact that has a USB port on the side that is easily accessible for saving scans to. Easy to set up.

It is a little loud while printing even on quiet mode. But that is my only complaint.

Works as expected, it’s nice and compact, while still providing copying and printing from the glass or through the feeder and scans well. It’s not super fast, but for your own personal home office it does the trick just fine. It’s not slow. I had an older model, and am pleased with the lifetime and benefits of it so I purchased this new one.

The installation process was quick and the print quality is excellent. The printer’s speed is also a plus.

While the set up by Best Buy took longer than originally promised the printer is working well and accessible through out the home. THANK YOU

Hard time connecting the printer with instant ink. It connected to my iPad and phone (Apple) but would not connected to my deck top computer (windows) for several days of working with it.

Performance exceeds expectation and easy to install.

The main problem with this printer is the ink. HP only gives enough ink to get the printer to print a few pages. You have to buy more ink right away—btw, the cartridges cost almost as much as the printer itself. I’m thinking I should have tried the fill from bottles printer instead. I have had three other office jet HP printers so it is not a surprise about the cartridges, but it would be nice if HP didn’t suck the money out of their consumers.
