The ease of set up was impressive how it was able to synch with my network was awesome and being able to control action with my phone. So convenient. The ink cartridge installation was a little tricky for me but I finally figured it out.

This has been a very reliable printer. I have had no issues with it and the printing is very good. I would recommend this printer for the value, and the performance you get from it.

the HP9120e is a great printer. Very easy setup, instructions easy to follow, connected smoothly to our internet and all of our devices. The print quality is very good and it is a quiet machine. I would recommend this to anyone who is working from home or just needing to print a recipe. The copy and Scan functions are seamless and very functional.

HP are always my "Go To" brand for printers and computers. They are consistently good quality & get the job done.

Installation was easy and enjoy separate color ink cartridges. I have had HP printers in the past and continue to buy because they are quality products and work well with all my devices.

I reallt enjoy my printer. The onlt issue I have is there is a 2 minute delay from when I hit print on my computer to when the printer axtually starts printing. But once it starts printing, it peints fast. Also, it's definitely not the quietest printer. It makes a lot of clicking and adjusting noises. But I can live with that because the trade off is, it works and prints great quality. It's the perfect size for my crafting area.

Purchased my HP Officé Jet pro printer and just love it. it was extremely easy to hook up and connect to my Wi-Fi the print quality is phenomenal. Couldn’t say anything negative about this particular printer, would definitely recommend purchasing

HP took all of the guess work out of setting up a new printer! Everything about it was a breeze. They really made it very simple to setup, connect and start printing! User friendly is an understatement!

So far, so good. We have had a brother, a canon and this hp in the office and the hp is the clear winner in ease of use.

We kove it. Prints super fast, clear and we signed up for the HP ink. Was here in a few days. Scanning and setup was a breeze.

I've always purchased HP Printers and they are reliable. The wireless connection is a little slower than I expected. That could be due to all the devices connected to my wifi. The printing software is still up for debate for printing from mybphobe. I'll update at a later time.
