This printer is amazing. It prints very fast very efficient and easy to connect, I love that I could print straight from my smart phone with no hassle.

Once set up w geek squad chat help it seems to work well. Except the cord attached to the back of the printer is wobbly and keeps falling off whenever slightly touched or moved!….. It will not plug in securely. From other reviews this printer we got is not the only printer of this model to have this problem. Will call GS and/or HP to see if there is a fix for this.

Granted my purchase of this printer was to replace a previous version which jammed. We needed an immediate print job and couldn’t wait for repair assistance. But the setup was quick and easy, and we got printed documents for the meeting that afternoon. We can print from computer, iPads and phones easily. Oh, and we hit a sale!

I’m currently figuring out how to properly perform the tasks this printer was purchased for. I’m hoping to enjoy it better than the previous one purchased in May.

It is easy to install and works professionally. I actually went to change another printer for this one, because the previous one was not efficient and gave us a lot of trouble.

My boyfriend has an older model and it prints okay. Not happy with the fact that it will stop printing if you do not have the HP Instant Ink subscription. It also doesn't like heavier paper. Color prints will have lines. Makes loud noises. Not as happy with this model printer as I should.

I love this printer so far. I needed a printer that can be my everyday for a home office and up and coming business. This has all the capabilities I needed and may need in the future. For the price I would highly recommend this!

The main thing I am disappointed about this printer is the tray that the printed pages comes out on. It is not long enough for the papers to come out and lay flat on. When they come out, the curl up. Other than that, just trying to get use to a new printer and the way it operates.

I always have an extremely hard time setting up printers at home. They never seem to work right for me! Setting this up was a breeze, and it actually works right!

I purchased this after my 8600 Series HP went out after years of use. So far, so good. speed is great, but the only negative so far is the lower quality of the printer itself. Not as durable as my last one. Seems like it's not as well made and flimsy.

My old printer died and I purchased this wonderful replacement. It’s been relatively easy for me, at age 84, to switch to the new one and I’m extremely satisfied with it’s capabilities.

Good.prontwr. hate the fact you have to use the hp smart app to install the driver. Also, if your a mac user us have to be at 12.1 or above or you cant install the new HP app for mac.
