There was no manual. I went back to the store, the cashier told me to look for it on line. Cause, she added, a lot of items come that way now. It prints nice but a littĺe noisey and hard to see the buttons.

It does print and print quality is good. However, I believe this printer to be substandard. I have never had any other printer than an HP and they are truly going downhill. Last one I purchased was over 10 years ago and features and options much nicer. Problem 1: this does not have a cancel print option on the printer itself. Side note, I spent time two days ago chatting with HP support. They opened a ticket and within 2 days closed it even though they provided no help. How can you close a service ticket when you don't help?! Problem 2: There seems to be no way to reduce size of what you wanted printed so now I have to scan to my computer and shrink it and then print. Problem 3: The thing is loud, way too loud. Problem 4: The output tray is not tall enough and if you have printed too much, paper jam happens with double sided printing, ask me how I know. If I could return it, I would. Not sure what is going on with HP, but it is not good.

This printer is exactly what I needed for my home office. The quality is outstanding and the two-sided scanning and printing as well as remote printing were features that I absolutely needed. I highly recommend

My old printer started to make grunting noises like it was struggling to eject my print out. This new printer is quite. Had a little trouble faxing when the paper was feeding through but somehow I was able to fix problem. Still trying to understand the scanner when attaching the USB and inserting it for my desktop. Not sure where to find it on my USB and why the documents are not put in one file.

I am enjoying the HP printer. I like the quality, the cost, and the excellent printing results. It was my first choice, and I am well pleased. It does everything I expected and more.Excrllemce

It works!! It prints!! It feeds paper out in front, not out the back; It copies!! So far it has done everything I have wanted it to do. Having a little problem getting it connected to the internet and scanning to and from my PC, but Geek Squad will take care of that for me. Wonderful product, lightweight easy to move and clean around, and fits better in its location -- not too tall or wide.

Although not as well built as my old officejet 8600 plus it meets my home needs. My old 8600 still works great but our new modem for our high speed internet has advanced security that will not accept any connection from my old HP. However my new HP 9125e has better security with great printing quality at a very affordable price.

I bought this machine and was hoping for a delivery and a set up. I got the delivery within two days, but no one was available to set it up or to take back my previous printer. The machine works great and only once did it say it was off-line causing me to take it off my computer and put it back on and that seem to rectify things. It is a very reliable printer, and we print electronically from our computers.
