Overall, the printer does its job. the paper tray is short and copies, if making a lot, could bind when exiting. I feel like I have to stand near the copier to make sure this doesn't happen.
Also, it's not terribly fast, but it's good enough for basic home use. It'd never work for an office, even a small office.

Works fine but came without a manual. A manual would be very helpful - it takes to much time trying ti figure out how the fax and scanning features work.

Good all around printer. They offered three months of free ink on the box but it was a gimmick by HP where you had to sign up for a monthly ink subscription and the first three months are free. You also have to choose how mang pages you think you will print when you sign up. The printer is great but the ink gimmick left me unimpressed.

Purchased this printer to replace 8610, that had hardware issues. HP printer has been spot on with setup, printing and HP instant ink already sending me replacements, for when I need it. I wish that this printer would have included 1 year worth of ink, instead of three.

Excellent printer. Needed a multi function office printer that could be transported as needed due to being mobile. Has all the features I need prints photos perfectly. Definitely recommend this printer.

I bought my first HP printer in 1990 (Laserjet III) for $1500, and every printer since then has been an HP. My last printer was 9-year old OfficeJet 8740 that still worked fine but was no longer software supported. The 9125e was a bit of a step down but was sufficient for my needs. After a routine setup, this printer would not do the main thing thing a printer should do... print. With plenty of paper, the printer indicated it was empty. Or when it printed, it would pull multiple sheets at a time. Then it dawned on me that unlike every other printer I've ever known, there is NO pop-up stopper in the paper tray to hold letter-size (8.5 x 11) paper in place. There are other tabs for obscure sized paper bit not for letter size. The paper stack slides backwards in the paper tray making the printer think it's empty. I googled this and it is a well-known issue. It never occurred to me to check this out before purchasing. I returned it and bought a Brother color laser for more money and features. I made the mistake of failing to observe 2 rules that usually serve me well... 1) Buy once, cry once... and 2) Buy nice or buy twice. As far as Best Buy was concerned, the online purchase was perfect, the order was easily picked up in the store, and the return / trade took less than 10 minutes.
