Printer works as advertised. Have had no problems with it.

I had an earlier version of this printer with a much larger footprint. This printer is compact with all the same bells and whistles.

Not as good as its predecessor - that I had for at least a decade. Clunky and limited. I've called for assistance at least six times. Good news is that the Service folks really are terrific. Gotta say that I had the Instant Ink service. Way too expensive for what I actually use.

The printer worked well for a couple of weeks, and then gave a cartridge error on the screen. It appears to be flimsy in build quality, and feels like it will fall apart when setting up and accessing the ink cartridge area. The cartridge in question was replaced 3 times with a new one with the same error, and there was a grinding noise and burning smell when turning on the printer. After speaking with 6 different HP representatives, I was offered a refurbished printer, just weeks after the purchase. The scan function at least did work well, and offered options for internet transfer. I gave the ink subscription service a try, it seems like a scam as the automatic mailings arrive after the ink is gone and limit ability to print, thus lowering your "need" for ink. The "free trail" must be canceled 1 month Before the trial officially ends to avoid being charged. I have owned over 12 printers (most at a much lower price point), and have never noted such poor quality in build and warranty. Bestbuy is wise to offer only 14 days to return the item, though it appears that offering this model for sell in their store gives their brand a poor reputation. I would suggest buying this printer if you do not require reliability and feel that replacing it within a few weeks with a refurbished model constitutes a fair purchase.

The color fits perfectly with my decor. Its sleek design doesn't take up much room. All the functions are very easy to use. I would highly recommend this OfficeJet Pro 9125e.

For the coat of the printer there is no usb port i can directly plug to my laptop and computer. It is rather ridiculous for the cost i have to use a hp app to scan documents to my phone to ONLY email to myself to have on my computer.

I love this HP printer and just ordered a bigger one and I took the extra Geek squad warranty out again. Well worth it and Geeksquad is easy to work with and understand. I have used Best Buy for my hp printers, Iphoes and IPad pros. You’re the best, Thank you!

Functions as expected. It will sometimes show an error message when I shut it down, telling me I need to restart, but it never restarts when I click restart, and it continues to function normally in every other way. Haven't yet decided if the Instant Ink is a good deal for me.
