It's confusing. It doesn't always respond. It's frozen up on me. I had to unplug it for an hour, the usual off/on didn't work. It says to leave it on all the time but when I didn't use it for a week, I had to do an off/on. I had an older model with the same options that worked better but developed a problem with one ink cartridge that made it obsolete. But I did get about 10 Yrs. out of it. I don't know about this one.

Easy set up & working well so far! Similar to what I had before but seems more efficient & quieter.

Great Easy to set up. Setting up Wi-Fi was a breeze. It took a while to setup scanning to laptop, but overall was great.

This printer is very noisy and frequently flashes error messages of being disconnected from the computer system and no longer able to scan. I hate this printer.

Not as good as its predecessor - that I had for at least a decade. Clunky and limited. I've called for assistance at least six times. Good news is that the Service folks really are terrific. Gotta say that I had the Instant Ink service. Way too expensive for what I actually use.

I love this printers. I have a home based biz and this is perfect. It is well worth the price and easy to use.

Initial setup refused to work. Waited for centuries on hold to talk to HP support. Could barely understand them. They kept reading the same crap to me that I had already been reading in their troubleshooting pages. Finally, got to 2nd level support and they wouldn't help anymore except to say the started cartridges were "probably corrupted". They weren't sure, just guessing. They said they'd send out new starter cartridges to arrive within 10 days. They never came.

Love this printer! The set-up was fairly easy and it works well for a wireless printer!

The printer is a bit bigger than my old one, but I am totally happy with the quality of the prints even on plain paper. Highly recommend.

I like my new printer. I would give it 5 stars is the paper tray was sturdier, but it isn't a deal breaker.

I was having an issue with my previous 5year old HP Printer and decided to upgrade.

Another great HP printer. Rather large, but space for us is not an issue. Operationally it's quick and the print is crisp.

Very good print quality and speed. I only wish so far is that it would scan legal size paper.

Works as promised. Easy to set up, fully wireless, color quality is great.

This is my third HP office jet in 20 years. Great product. Had Best Buy install which made my life easy. Works faster than my old series. Takes up less room, too.
