A good printer that prints efficiently. Would recommend to others.

Bought this to replace a lemon Epson (BB purchase) that would almost never print wirelessly. This setup was perhaps the most painful install I've had going back to the mid-80's! (started with a Tandy 1000 lol). Printer connection to the network was quick, but no access to printer from laptop (a 2023 BB purchase). Needed a code that was not visible on the printer control panel, online documentation directed to print the "web services information page" from the printer to get it, and if this page and code actually exists it is so well hidden that you will not find it. And so on to Geek Squad support I go around 9AM. I'd already previously enrolled in the remote support so I thought that this would take minutes to resolve. EIGHT hours and NINE agents later, 3-4 times just disconnected by the agent with no notice (and I was polite and patient throughout), and all it would do is print, so I had to figure out the last steps to scan myself. Argh! This may be a fine piece of equipment, time will tell, but just a brutal setup experience despite what the incentivized reviewers may say.

So far so good. Does exactly what I bought it for.

I have been trying for two weeks to get this printer set up. I have contacted with HP Support twice. The last HP 'expert" told me that this printer needs to be within 10 feet of the router in order for it to work properly. I have a home office. The router is in the living room. I'm not moving the printer to my living room to get it to work

Easy setup and does everything I need it to do. enjoy.

I have experienced a myriad of problems with this printer. It does not pair well with my computer. In fact, I have not been able to print since purchasing it. I like being able to print from anywhere in my home but this printer does not print from other spaces even when the bluetoooth is on.

First one would not even get past the start up. Second one the paper jammed

Printer has been working wonderfully since it was acquired. Apart from the small displays on the screen, it continues to perform well.

Purchased two. Got the first one home and unboxed it. When I went to plug it in, the plug receptable immediately pushed all the way into the machine. Took it back. Got a second one thinking it was a fluke. Unboxed and setup the second one. It threw errors on setup saying that it couldn't detect the yellow cartridge, which I debugged after 30 minutes. Then when I went to print a photo, it printed it 1/4 off center to the left and skewed about 5 degrees crooked to the left. Uninstalled, reinstalled, aligned print heads multiple times. Nothing. Called HP support. Spent an hour on the line with the tech without any change in outcome. Taking this one back. NOT buying a 3rd.

Over all decent printer. Set up takes longer than anticipated and I get some delay with mobile print occasionally. Happy with purchase over all!

The copier works well. Startup is a little slow but overtime you will get used to it. Copies, both color and B & W are crisp, clean and without smears or distortion. Insertion of the ink cartridges isn't as positive as I would like however overtime this might change with more use. Over all I'm very happy!!!

It has poor quality in color repour a job of copy B/W is good and does many jobs

I had to replace my current printer because I couldn't send or print legal size documents. The HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e solved my problem. I can print, copy, fax and scan/e-mail documents. I also can scan documents using my iPhone using the HP Smart app.

The printer keeps going offline. It shouldn’t operate like this. Once it’s on…it should remain on

Don’t purchase this printer Cartridge won’t read firmware is not available Best Buy sends you too HP and they give you the run around claiming it’s not the right ink cartridge although it says it right on the printer wasted $300 on printer and ink I’ll never buy HP again What a disappointment from both Best Buy and HP Funny how it won’t let me submit bad review

Very satisfied with my purchase!!! Pricing was reasonable as well.

I enjoy the two-sided printing. It is a money saver. I also like being able to access the printer from my IPhone which is how I use the printer most often.

Prints well. Scans well too. When you click print on your iPhone or laptop it takes longer than I expected for it to print.
