Overall good printer. Difficult to read screen indicator. Challenging to connect with computer

Purchased to replace 8600 Printer that had lasted for 14 years. Too early to tell if this will stand up to the same durability! Happy so far

Very disappointing printer. • Extremely noisy when printing • Very hard to set up and connect to Wi-Fi • Keeps disconnecting all the time • Paper jam happens frequently Overall, it’s unreliable and frustrating to use. I would not recommend this printer.

From the moment the ink cartridges were inserted during the initial setup, the only thing this printer produced were “print system failures.” The magenta cartridge failed first. After checking it for leaks and turning the printer’s power off and on as HP troubleshooting recommended, the cyan and yellow cartridges failed in addition to the magenta cartridge. Another leak check and power cycle, the blank cartridge joined its three other cartridge companions by failing, too. Despite following HP’s recommendations to get it working, this printer never made it past the “insert ink” setup. It was promptly returned to the store. Save yourself some frustration by buying a different printer than the HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e. This would be a zero star review if it was possible.

Love it! So much better than prior purchased printer. So easy to set up

Prints nicely but not easy to set up shortcuts and get them to do what is needed. More complicated than our old All-in-one.

Complicated setup. Directions very little help. Had trouble connecting to my computers.

It's just ok. I replaced a HP Printer that I had for a few years because as soon as the warranty was up on it, it stopped printing well even after cleaning and aligning the printer heads. I liked the idea of the ink tanks on this one but so far I'm not very impressed. The print quality on the standard print option is not good and it takes longer to print than the HP printer did. The feeder on the top of the printer has already jammed a few times. I will have to wait and see if the ink tanks make the other annoyances worth the switch.

Technician had to revisit to complete installation

Exceptionally easy wireless plug-in set-up. FAX is not very useful but the rest of the features are great.

My new unit was defective. It was immediately replaced with another new unit. The Geek Squad will return tomorrow, April 7,2024 to install it again at no additional charge. I know that this isn't a great 7 positive review but i'm confident that Best Buy will make sure that i'm happy with this product once the replacement is installed tomorrow. I'll still continue to be a Best Buy customer.

It was good, but you have to read the instructions before operating it.

Works well but sometime slow to react when sending a message to print. Other than that, it's great!

noisily. poor-quality prints. poor software and firmware. returned and bought another brand that am happy with. HP went downhill compared to our old HP printer.

All of the functions you need for a home printer plus 2 sided scan and copy, Only negative is a small screen.

Had an issue with the ink cartridges not going in. But the staff was very helpful and got it to work

Works great. Had a little trouble setting up which might have been my own stupidity. All good now.
