Excellent print quality. Not the easiest to get up and running. Display is small and not intuitive.

This printer Office Jet Pro 9125e is extremity difficult to operate, many problems with printing both sides, printing using legal paper, does not know how to change from legal paper to letter paper or vice versa. For many years, I have always used Hp products. But this time, I feel very disappointed, not happy with this printer. It is garbage!!!

I bought this device and it has not worked. It arrieved with empty cartridges. I called customer support with hp and they attempted to have me go through steps. It did not work i had two sets of ink cartridges arrive and both did not work. I had tobsend it back and pay to have it packaged at a cost of $27. I received another printer that was refurbished but I was told that they would send me a new one. The replacement was sent without the print head. They told me that i did not need to send the old printer after the fact and stated that they needed the printhead. I am so disgusted. I bought this because I needed for my work as a real estate agent and a notary public. I have lost time and money printing outside of my house. I would advise everyone and anyone to avoid buying this.

I am so frustrated with HP printers. I bought the HP 7955E and HP 9125E, both of which I returned because they did not pair up with my computer; it was a continuing fight to get them both to work. I have used an HP printer forever.
Today I bought a Canon PIXMA TR8620 printer, we will see how this works....Maybe HP should check the printers before they leave the factory!!!
Its a waste of my time to buy it, set it up, then rebox & return it!~!~~~!!

Paper tray flimsy and poorly constructed.
Function options confusing with poor instruction.
Was not aware at time of purchase that this model had been discontinued. In store associates wonderful to work with and not aware of these issues!

Bought this to replace a lemon Epson (BB purchase) that would almost never print wirelessly. This setup was perhaps the most painful install I've had going back to the mid-80's! (started with a Tandy 1000 lol). Printer connection to the network was quick, but no access to printer from laptop (a 2023 BB purchase). Needed a code that was not visible on the printer control panel, online documentation directed to print the "web services information page" from the printer to get it, and if this page and code actually exists it is so well hidden that you will not find it. And so on to Geek Squad support I go around 9AM. I'd already previously enrolled in the remote support so I thought that this would take minutes to resolve. EIGHT hours and NINE agents later, 3-4 times just disconnected by the agent with no notice (and I was polite and patient throughout), and all it would do is print, so I had to figure out the last steps to scan myself. Argh! This may be a fine piece of equipment, time will tell, but just a brutal setup experience despite what the incentivized reviewers may say.
