The printer is always offline when I try to print, you have to have a subscription to print, and it takes forever to print.

It does not pair well with my computer. In fact, I have not been able to print since purchasing it. I like being able to print from anywhere in my home but this printer does not print from other spaces even when the bluetoooth is on.

I replaced a HP Printer that I had for a few years because as soon as the warranty was up on it, it stopped printing well even after cleaning and aligning the printer heads. I liked the idea of the ink tanks on this one but so far I'm not very impressed. The print quality on the standard print option is not good and it takes longer to print than the HP printer did. The feeder on the top of the printer has already jammed a few times. I will have to wait and see if the ink tanks make the other annoyances worth the switch.

Not everyone uses computers these days.

After the Wireless reset, please use HP Smart app to setup and connect printer to the network.

Often jams & takes too may steps to change paper size etc before you can print on an envelope. This is my 2nd unit. The first was defective and was returned.
