I have found this all-in-one printer to be top-notch. It replaced an HP that we had for 12 years. The paper feeder while scanning makes it so easy.

I know everybody is short of staff but should be better

Printer is awesome, the ink I purchased with it was the wrong size and I'm unable to return it which is a little upsetting.

It's a stellar printer, once you figure out the tech.

It worked well at first (besides being loud) but after less than three months, won't recognize the HP ink cartridges! Wasted hours trying to troubleshoot then finally just picked up a Brother printer at Best Buy. Looking for a recycling center and have learned never to buy HP again.

extremely loud, makes clunky noise when making adjustments, extremely slow in printing, can only use regular size paper, have to request print for one page at a time in a multi-page document, paper easily jams. Return printer.

Its loud, and had lots of issues with air printing function. Spent 2.5 hrs on phone with HP support resolving the issue. Reloaded drivers 3 times before it worked properly air printing on 2 sides. Even though there were lots of good reviews, I would not recommend.

I am enjoying this printer. It prints from my phone and my laptop. Very cool. Love the fact that I can order ink from hp as well.

The feature I like most is the paper feed. My previous HP printer had a rear paper feed that malfunctioned more times than I wanted.

Printer takes a long time to spool before printing making it slower than my old printer. Setup was unbelievably difficult with the software not working well. I had to have customer support reinstall the printer for me remotely.

Installation by Best Buy was perfect. Everything was expained and all questins answered.

This replaced a larger HP all-in-one which was excellent. So far, about a month, has worked great. I did buy the Best Buy 4 year replacement warranty.

It is a good printer, but it goes to sleep often and you have to unplug it and wait for 60+ seconds and plug it back in because the screen does not respond and the power button does not work.

This is the best copier for my home office. It don’t take up a lot of space and when you print it comes out perfect. I absolutely love it!

HP uses extortion to get you to subscribe to cartridges and paper, which should be automatic, except HP sent three times more supplies than I used. I cancelled the subscription, so they closed down the printer until it is re-enrolled in HP Instant Ink.
