Worst printer I have ever owned. Every time we go to print we have to troubleshoot. Connectivity problems, our "Out of Paper" problems. Can't get past this one, but can copy to the right size.

I wanted to love this printer. It replaced a previous HP workhorse that performed well for over 10 years. The input paper tray has no positive backstop to keep 8 1/2" by 11" paper snug for feeding. The design relies on a sliding paper tray that is supposed to remain tight with simple friction and the weight of the paper in the tray (HP's support site's own guidance for this problem.) I experienced regular misfeeds and pages. A control button to expand the tray to legal size also crunches the edge of the paper, damaging it. This design flaw is shameful. Returning this printer immediately. I was otherwise happy with the size, features, and price, but if it can't reliably print...

I experienced a lot of difficulty getting this HP printer to work with new HP computer. No directions and needed support. The touchscreen is too small to use. Shockingly, HP Smart Print no longer has an app to send a fax. A big step backwards from prior printers.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. What is the point of it being wireless if it turns off every 8 hours and you have to walk to the other room to turn it on, come back, try to print again, have it still appear as offline, walk back and try again, and repeat...

Very noisy. After one month it stopped working. The print Doctor website did not fix the problem . I even paid for a phone call from a help desk but the call did not come that day. I am ready to return it.

I have always had HP printers and they have been great. Apparently for this model the paper tray design is flawed in the fact that it doesn't recognize the paper size and for each page to print, I have to hit continue. I have tried troubleshooting and nothing has fixed this. Unfortunately it worked fine for the first 20 days or so and so I have missed the return period.
