Have bought dozens of HP printers for business as well as for personal use. This model is by far the worst I have owned. Difficult to set up and use. Very disappointed.

I have purchased 2 hp printers over the last 2 1/2 years and both has malfunctioned with in a years time of purchase. The 8135e I wait to long to report the problem just over a year even though it malfunctioned well. The latest 9130e has just been purchased 7 months ago already it down and hp support ask for a pay to fix the software. Smh!! Last hp purchase for me.

This was the second HP printer we purchased to replace an HP we had for over 10 years. It jams and pulls too much paper. It does not turn off unless unpllugged. We returned it. HP does not make the quality of printer it used to make.

When I first set it ip, the duplex printing option wouldn’t show up in the print menu. Geek Squad couldn’t get it to work, so they just closed the ticket and said the problem was solved. So I turned to HP online support, who got it to work after a couple hours. Printer worked fine for about a month and then quit printing, scanning and it wouldn’t connect to WiFi. HP support couldn’t get it to connect. I returned it.

Too bad I couldn't give this "0" Stars. This model is a piece of crap, and it is well-documented if you google it. Long story short, it picks up MANY pieces of paper every time it prints just one sheet. There is no fix. Do NOT waste your money!!

I chose this printer based on multiple positive reviews (New York Times, Forbes, etc.) after having my Workforce 8740 for over 10 years. i cannot rate the quality of this printer as the first one i purchased, the top did not close properly for me to complete setup. The replacement could not be set up due to an error stating that the print head must not be imissing, incorrectly installed or incompatible. After 30 years of HP ownership, time to move on.

I purchased this printer because my old one was giving to many head aches, Now that I have this new one my head aches are much worse, I have more problems trying to get it to print correctly then I ever had with the old one. when printing a photo, it shifts the picture to the right and cuts off part of the person on that side.

Doesn't function nearly as well as the prior model I had. Very slow to connect and function correctly. Often needs user intervention at the printer to work.

This Printer lasted 1 month before it began to break down. Everytime I turned it on it have terrible grinding noses until finally yesterday it completely wouldn not not print any decent copies. I am forced to dump it because it has no chance to be refunded by one month.

I had a great salesguy. He knew the printers. I chose this HP over the Canon because it had fax capability. It is the worst printer that I have ever purchased. It is so slow to connect and to print. The HP Smart ap scan to a remote desktop is awful. And maybe I am just not understanding the new technology. I have used HP printers for 13 years so I was quite disappointed that this printer is so difficult to use.

The printer will not always scan . The scan feature starts and stops Geek Squad installed it worked for a few days, then stopped. Twice I called On Line and lost the connection. Geek squad came out yesterday, working and later stopped again
