There were problems, the scanner would not work. Update the driver, same result. call tech support, and we will try again. If you still have problems. I returned the product for a second time with the same issues and could not print from the web.

In order to print anything I have to unplug it and wait, plug it back in. I have spent countless hours with HP online trying to resolve the problems with no results.

The worst printer I have ever owned. Used for two months. Then it just stopped turning on. The touchscreen went out and unplugging replugging occasionally would get it to boot up but then it would just stop. Terrible. Would never buy again. Going back to brother.

We purchased one of these printers and were lucky we got the extended warrenty on it because it broke in 1 month. After we got the replacement, that one broke in a month. This printer is junk in my opinion.

Takes 5 minutes to print one page. You have to shut it off and reset it all the time so it will even print or copy anything. The touch screen dont work has long delays when you press it if it even register

I had an HP printer before this one which was okay but should've stayed away from the brand a second time. It does not print smoothly, slow start up time, and sometimes when powering on, it's stuck loading on the HP logo. Never buying HP products again. Less than 3 months having it and I wouldn't even resell it to someone. Horrible printer.
