I had an HP printer before this one which was okay but should've stayed away from the brand a second time. It does not print smoothly, slow start up time, and sometimes when powering on, it's stuck loading on the HP logo. Never buying HP products again. Less than 3 months having it and I wouldn't even resell it to someone. Horrible printer.

This is the worst printer I have ever used. Signals no paper when drawer is full. Flimsy paper tray. Paper does not match error. Goes offline after working just fine. Do not recommend.

Horrible. It never worked and I paid $99 to have a best buy tech guy install it. How do I get my refund? I also got ink for it and I want a refund the ink.

This printer lasted us 3 weeks. We printed 5 documents and then a software error happened and we had to ship it back as the return window was only 14 days

I just bought this printer at Best Buy. It is defective. It keeps telling me to reinstall the cartridges and check them for leaks. I've been troubleshooting for the past hour. Going to return, don't waste your time.

Tried 2 printers. Cartridge issues each time prevented initial setup. Returned twice.

The tray doesn’t adjust correctly to fit regular printer paper, won’t feed correctly, and pulls several sheets of paper through. The print quality is not good. I’m extremely disappointed in this purchase. I’ve researched it to see why and it’s a defect that HP isn’t doing anything about.

nothing but problems since I bought it. HP rep even recommended that I return and get another model as their is a known issue with the Driver.

I set the printer. I have reset after every print. Not cool.

Consistently has firmware crashes, paper jams, connectivity issues (bad even by HP’s low standards), gives false readings of the door being open, the paper tray not in all the way. Overall it’s a piece of junk. Returned after less than 30 days.

This printer is a far cry from my old printer HP Officejet Pro 8630. It jams all the time and seems to scan slower than the model I previously mentioned. Do not waist your time purchasing this product.

First Machine malfunctioned and had to be returned. Set up was glitchy as well. I bought it having had an earlier version Office Jet Pro for several years. This one sucks by comparison.

I could not make it work. Returned product to store for fill refund.

This printer gets errors, issues and hang ups too often for such a brand new state of the art printer. I don’t recommend HP anymore for printers, horrible purchase choice - and too late to return it unfortunately.

Can not get service to help get any help for hooking up printer with out another charge, i will be returning printer, if I can't get this resolved. please call me . Thank you, Debra

I need a replacement. Even experienced professional computer scientist has been unable to make it work.

Paper tray design is trash. It constantly says out of paper requiring adjustments to try and get it to work. The Best Buy 2 week return policy is a joke. After 3 weeks of using it the problems began and it is not returnable…

I bought this as an upgrade from an older model that had worked great for years. Unfortunately after several hours on the phone with tech support, I wasn't able to print from my Android Device (which is crucial in my family) or my Mac. Strangely, I was able to print from my Windows laptop.

I made many attempts to set up this printer but it rejected the ink cartridges that it came with every time. A total waste of time.

Very unhappy with this item. Ink cartridge would not stay in place. Item was returned to the store.
