I'm not a heavy printer but my printer had died and this one looked like it might be a good option. It has been. WiFi has not disconnected once since I've had it and that seemed to happen fairly regularly with my last one. The young man who assisted me in the store told me I would not be able to get the 3 months of Instant Ink free since I already had Instant Ink, but that was incorrect. I am getting the 3 months free. I love that I can scan two-sided pages! The printer is a little loud when printing, but that's not a big deal for me. Overall, I've been pleased with this purchase!

Great printer for a great price. Cartridges are expensive. So much faster and quieter than our old printer.

The setup was relatively easy; ink installation relatively easy; very good print quality.

Prints wonderfully. The color in the pictures is vivid even on regular paper or cardstock. Absolutely love this printer. Prints quickly and seamlessly. I would also recommend getting the ink subscription, which is cheaper than buying the ink separately. Easy to change the [paper] settings back and forth as needed. I use Microsoft for everything, always print exactly how it looks. LOVE THAT.

Very easy setup and takes up less space than my older model HP.

Works great but has trouble downloading software to connect my laptop.

The print quality is good but it is noisy & there is no way to adjust the paper length in the paper try so sometimes the paper shifts & I get the "paper empty" message when it is not empty.

Total Tech Geek Squad assistance was invaluable in setting up printer. While set instructions are easy to follow, I would not have had such a complete and comprehensive setup without the Squad, features I didn’t know I had, etc. printer runs flawlessly.

Our old HP printer was getting slow and noisy and decided to upgrade. Extremely happy with the ease of set up and thr quality of the prints. I also enjoy the all-in-one and wireless feature. Would definitely recommend for a household average printing and scanning needs.

Great printer, reliable, efficient, and colors are crisp. However, the plastic looks cheap compared to previous HP printers I've owned.

Easy to install. Both printer and scanner are easy to use. The app that you download onto your computer and phone is also very user friendly.

Great printer a bit faster and does two-sided scanning of standard thickness sheets. Although probably great for thicker small sheets (I.e. photo paper), jams unexpectedly using the feeder for 5x7 regular paper - can’t eject shorter sheet properly past input guide. Corner of paper does not clear and gets stuck.

This printer works great and the quality of the printing is good. Little trouble setting it up , but once I got it connected everything is working great.

I love the HP this printer, but my only complaint is that it does not turn on or off quickly. I takes awhile for it to get warmed up, shut off. Great quality prints.

We love this printer. Our last printer quit on us when we needed it the most. We decided to check out your website and this was the PERFECT printer for us. It was like it had our name on it. I went and picked it up and the pick up was great. It fits perfect in our home office. It does all the things we have been looking for in a printer, especially us being able to "scan" documents, that in itself is phenomenal! Thank you Best Buy for having the perfect printer "in stock" and it was on sale!!!
