I have tried to set up the fax, but it kicks in on the 2nd ring. I chose 4 rings, but it cuts the caller off by giving the fax signal.

The printer will not always scan . The scan feature starts and stops Geek Squad installed it worked for a few days, then stopped. Twice I called On Line and lost the connection. Geek squad came out yesterday,working and later stopped again

There were problems, the scanner would not work. Update the driver, same result. call tech support, and we will try again. If you still have problems. I returned the product for a second time with the same issues and could not print from the web.

Defective, HP could not clear maintenance on printer and send they would send a new printer and take my old one. This never happened!

The support for this printer is useless. Ive spent 3 hours now, with even trying to get support. He stopped responding now. I would return it if it wasnt too late.

I use to always look to hp first. Now I definitely stay away from printers and know I should take a look at the competition.

Continually shows "Printer Offline" In order to print anything I have to unplug it and wait, plug it back in. I have spent countless hours with HP online trying to resolve the problems with no results. I will never buy another HP printer again.

Could never get a full set up. Paper tray would not lock in place at letter size. Kept defaulting to legal no matter what I tried. I took it back. Got another one same issue. I’ve left HP and going with Epson.

I bought this February of 2024, and it lasted until December 2024. Continuing errors occur. Rebooted several times, and now it sets in idle trying to start. So. Off to buy yet another printer. :>(

The worst printer I have ever owned. Used for two months. Then it just stopped turning on. The touchscreen went out and unplugging replugging occasionally would get it to boot up but then it would just stop. Terrible. Would never buy again. Going back to brother.

Keeps losing connection although it say it is connected in settings.

HP printer is not the quality it used to be This printer sounds like it needs to be oiled. It is very slow. Poor quality

Product ceased to function properly after 8 months of minimal useage.

We purchased one of these printers and were lucky we got the extended warrenty on it because it broke in 1 month. After we got the replacement, that one broke in a month. This printer is junk in my opinion.

It was working great for a few months. Now it only works if I unplug it and plug it back in. Everytime I have to print something, I have to do this. Quite irritating. It’s not even a year old.

Takes 5 minutes to print one page. You have to shut it off and reset it all the time so it will even print or copy anything. The touch screen dont work has long delays when you press it if it even register

I am highly disappointed with this copier. I'm replacing a four-year-old one that was very similar. This one I cannot get to work properly. It will not feed papers from the top. It will not pull up the papers without taking many blank ones from the bottom.

Ever since I printed my first page I've received an error "The printhead seems to be missing, not detected or incorrectly installed. When I turn the printer off and back on I can print again. This is very frustrating and I can't seem to get any help to fix the situation
