It’s a great printer, quick, effective and good color quality! Our previous HP was probably 10 years old. Were sold on the quality of HP technology.

It works well but had some trouble installing even with the easy step directions. Could not figure out how to validate the Instant Ink offer.

Very limited documentation (provided with unit and online) to support setting up multiple key functions, i.e., scan to network, scan to computer. Touch screen on printer is very small and somewhat difficult to use due to size. Paper tray doesn't have fixed 8-1/2 x 11 settings.

I love this printer. So much better than the last printer I had. This printer prints more paper in less time, it scans and does everything I need it to do

When my old printer died this was the newer version for a small home office. It was in stock and they graciously carried it to my car. Several day’s later they also carried my old printer in for me recycling. Whole thing was very easy

Easily connected. The unit came fully assembled. The ink cartridges were easily installed. Ink for at least a month.

Great Printer, my wife uses it every day for her business, replaces a much older hp. She Loves it prints clean, fast and easy to use.

It’s new so we are still learning how to use it but so far it’s been awesome and it’s pretty fast printing !! Good price and love that we get ink free for 3 months

The copier works well. Startup is a little slow but overtime you will get used to it. Copies, both color and B & W are crisp, clean and without smears or distortion. Insertion of the ink cartridges isn't as positive as I would like however overtime this might change with more use. Over all I'm very happy!!!

I upgraded my previous HP Printer because I was having problems scanning from my Macbook air. This printer was easy to set up and allows printing from iphone and MacBook (wirelessly)

Replaced an older model. Same quality just newer. Printer and scanner are crystal clear.

I like how snug it fits anywhere I need to put it. The screen can stay pushed in or pull it out for your convenience.

Great printer. Easy wifi set up. Remote print works great. Print speed and quality are very good. Scan speed is acceptable. You dont need to use HP smart print but it is a very useful app with a lot of extra features including smart ink. I bought it for small office use and it does everything I needed.

Fast precise printer cant deny the amazing quality this technoloy has done for me over the past few months. I would recommend this printer for extensive short term projects comes with a free trial 3 months of free ink.

I have bought a few different printers and had nothing but trouble with them. this HP is the best. so easy to setup to the computer and cell phone Can't say enough about how good it is.
