An excellent printer so far. Does not jam when printing on two sides. Would like the same menu that I had with my previous printer for Scan/Fax/Ink Levels. So far it is not available.

Was concerned it would be too slow or poor quality but it works wonderfully! The scanning, while it only does about 20 pages at a time is fast and efficient!

This all in one HP product delivers the quality and speed I was seeking as replacement for a 20 year old laser jet.

When my last printer died after 5 years of use, I did a minimal amount of research and decided to purchase this printer. I'm very happy with the ease of setup for both work and personal use and feel that HP has done it again and made a very good product.

Does a very neat printing. Scanning multiple pages is a lot easier even when the mails are folded, the feeder doesn’t get stuck with paper. Very reasonably priced for work from home office set up

This is the first printer I've had in YEARS that actually prints consistently. I use the printer for my business and so far, it has printed every time. I've got my fingers crossed that this will continue but at this stage, I'd definitely recommend it.

item is working out well. It was getting use too. It replaced a 8600 H P printer, which we had used for our businesses. Easy to operate and gave us a lot of years of service. Hope this new one is as reliable and efficent.

I am going to use this printer for homeschooling and a home based business. Colors are vibrant and even at the highest quality, pages print quickly.

Wireless Printing seems to benefit HP, it's good for tech support and advertising for more support, instant ink, etc. For the end user of the printer, it can be a challenge locally. I miss the days when you could just create a port and print! Now, sometimes that approach works but not always. Also the issue of 2.4G/5G with this printer. if you connect to 5G, be ready for false positives and loss of internet. Printer is not bad for the price. I would only recommend to someone with more than basic computer skills.
