Worked well for about two weeks

Multi-functional a lil day everday

I love the fact that it is an all in one. I don’t have to have a printer, a scanner, a copier and a fax machine.

For example, if I want to print two pages of a 12-page document, that's not an option. Thanks to HP's "smart" AI-powered system, the entire 12 pages will print. I'm hoping I can return it and exchange for a Canon.

Luckily I bought an extended warranty so I was able to return it. HP even had the wrong sticker model on the side of the computer so at first, I was having trouble returning it because it didn't match the order. Customer service was great and we finally figured out that the sticker on the side was wrong. Not a big deal but I think an indication of how sloppy HP has gotten.
