WOW after an hour online and on the phone asking for my 2 year printer refresh that i have been paying on for 3 years, and my portal says the printer is eligible for a refresh, the response from their support supervisors" "Please accept our apologies that the feature you request is not available at present to get a new printer under the HP Platinum subscription, the only way is for the HP All-In Plan." so the only way i can get a printer refresh is to join a new more expensive plan. they will of course allow me to stay on my current plan but will not honor the printer refresh. Any one else have this issue? want to join yet another class action lawsuit against HP? what happened to this company. here is the link to where they clearly say i get a refresh but they WILL NOT honor it. This printer is doing a valuable job for me since I cannot enter my office in my wheelchair, but can wireless print from the den in my home. I have aides bring me printed papers, and refill the paper tray. Thanks for designing a reliable printer.

Prints quickly. Icons are easy to see. Quality of print and copy is good.

Does everything great. I went with the HP instant ink but then canceled after doing research. Printer does everything i need. I already had an HP printer that lasted me 9 years. I will stick with HP ANY TIME!

Printer works great. Little smaller version of what I have in my field office. Ink deal is fantastic. Don't go for the smaller one to save a couple bucks. Do yourself a favor and just pull the trigger on this model or you will regret it down the road.

When the printer works, It’s great. The problem we have is that it will randomly be “offline”. The printer is hard wired to the network, but still at times is unavailable to use. When it works, it works just fine. A little slow, but you get what you need. I wish it would stay connected all the time. Otherwise, it’s a good printer.

Prints well. It is a little noisy. Ink is expensive, but seems to go a long way

I LOVE this sturdy printer! Duplexes without jamming, print quality is excellent, and easily and cleanly prints large documents containing full color pages. I use it at home for everything and anything! Scans well, too! It’s the best HP printer I have had yet! I also added Instant Ink (as I have done so for years), AND included the paper this time since I’m enjoying the printer. It’s eco-friendly and sustainably sourced paper, too! So glad I chose this woth the help of a Best Buy employee!

Excellent printer. Easy to install and set up. Just follow the app and the printer does the rest.

This printer is a definite upgrade from my 9015e printer that would not clear a paper jam after frequent successful attempts. It prints fast, seems quieter than my previous model, and the set up was easy.

The printer is nice with some neat settings. However, for the price, the paper holder should more easily hold letter size paper. The paper tray has a pin and it does not go all the way down to letter size. Also, look at ink prices before you buy the printer.

This is a gift so I can’t review in full, but I checked it out in person and online and it seems decent. Sadly, the printers now are made of cheap plastic and it is def not as sturdy as the last one I purchased

This agreat worhorse fora home office. screen has all the optios. It was a bit higher than I thought but is a fntastic printer.I've had HP for 20 years and this did not disapoint.

I am very pleased with this printer. I do a lot of color printing and it does an outstanding job. My old printer (also an HP) was over 4 years old and print quality had gotten to the point where I would have to reprint because I never could predict how it would come out. I was pleased with my old printer, though, because it lasted far longer than I thought it would. I hope this new printer lasts as long!

Good price. The printer works great, but I had to call tech support to set up the wireless connection. I would get it again.
