Good printer for the sale price
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I picked up this printer in a drive by pick up. Once home I unboxed the printer and begin to set it up. I followed work for work how to pair with my computer, but when I went to print it didn’t work. I looked online and found a print driver that was for this printer and added it. After I did that, it printed. The printer is loud when it is setting up to print. overall a good printer for the price I paid on sale.

Good printer
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far pretty good. Only negative is that every now and then it thinks it's out of paper when it is not. It prints very fast in high quality, both in color and black and white. Not too big and not too noisy. Pretty easy to setup. Way better than the Epson we used to have.

Very Nice Printer for Home Use
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The printer performs exactly as described. Printing for home use is quick and the colors are bright. The printer is not as loud as some commenters report - it's about the same as the 7+ year old HP printer we just replaced.

Good functionality - questionable connectivity
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The printer has the functionality we were looking for. However, I've had to engage with Geek Squad twice due to issues between the printer and desktop. I'm still not able to print from my phone or Ipad (which should not be an issue).

GREAT PRODUCT
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We love this printer. Our last printer quit on us when we needed it the most. We decided to check out your website and this was the PERFECT printer for us. It was like it had our name on it. I went and picked it up and the pick up was great. It fits perfect in our home office. It does all the things we have been looking for in a printer, especially us being able to "scan" documents, that in itself is phenomenal! Thank you Best Buy for having the perfect printer "in stock" and it was on sale!!!

HP-OfficeJet Pro 9125e Printer
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fast, quiet printer. Excellent color quality on printer paper. My major disappointment is when printing photographs, they come out with a border, and all of my previous ink jet printers printed them borderless. Also, disappointed that we are not to use any photo paper heavier than 53 lb (200g/m) as I am used to printing on 75 lb (280g/m) paper.

Great print quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've always had HP printers and just assumed that their print quality was pretty much standard. Then my old HP died and I didn't want to get involved with the whole Instant Ink business, so in the last 18 months have purchased a Canon and an Epson model with similar capabilities. The print quality on both was very poor. This printer gives me the quality prints I want and I am willing to pay more for cartridges sold by retailers in order to have that. Not a choice everyone can afford, but the right one for me. Very happy with this printer since I was able to decline the Instant Ink option.

Ink Jet Printer
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Can not turn device off. "Stop" button stopped working, very concerning to me. It used to work. I don't want to return the device because the printed pages turn out good, I don't mean that the printer is still printing, you just can' turn the "STOP" switch off. How do I get my 3 months o instantf ink for free?

Typical HP Printer; Great with a couple of Glitch
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The printer produces quality prints and copies quickly. The printer is as flexible as the larger office machines when it comes to what most of us print and copy at home. It is not designed to do large jobs such as invitations to parties of more than 25 guests. There was, however, a glitch in the connecting software with the producer of the copy that caused the printer to go off line. It took Best Buy technician to diagnosis and correct the problem. T

Frustrated to pleased
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It was difficult setting up because it wouldn't connect with the internet. Several hours of support from HP and Dell were not helpful. Finally a support tech from HP solved the problem in about 15 minutes. Other than that it has functioned as expected.

Versatile
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Prints wonderfully. The color in the pictures is vivid even on regular paper or cardstock. Absolutely love this printer. Prints quickly and seamlessly. I would also recommend getting the ink subscription, which is cheaper than buying the ink separately. Easy to change the [paper] settings back and forth as needed. I use Microsoft for everything, always print exactly how it looks. LOVE THAT.

HP printer for home use
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this printer. It’s fast and does a great job! The only drawback is the printed paper tray is very short and the completed paper lays curved in the tray.

Not the ole HP printer of Late
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've owned nothing but HP printers for the last 25 years and this may be the last one. My 9015 was easy to install, but the 9125 has been, and is a pain. Refused to be connected via wifi to my desktop, though the computer and modem are within three feet. Finally was able to connect with ethernet, and then had to deal with all the "serious error has been commited" messages, requiring continual repowering to clear. What happened to the old error free plug and play where you were up and running in minutes. Speaking of minutes, it takes this thing 48 seconds to start printing after you hit the print button. Tried all of the recommened resets to speed it up with no results. The ole 9015 started printing when you hit the print button. If it tells me one more time I have installed HP ink cartridges !?!? Will not let you connect the laptop via wifi as a second source. Had no problems setting up the scanner feature. Though others have reported difficulty. Based on other reviews and their problems, I think the purchase of a 9125 is hit or miss, and I would not do it again. Good luck with getting customer service!!
