This is a great printer but I am having a problem getting it to automatically print double sided from pages on my Mac computer. With my old 8600, I was given a choice of single or double sided when I went to print in pages. On this new printer, I have no choice to print double sided from my Mac pages but my husband is given a double sided choice when he prints from his PC. I just can’t figure out how to get that choice from my Mac when I am in another room and sending it to the printer.

This is an excellent home office printer. My wife is a school teacher and uses it extensively. It prints great color and is very fast.

In was looking for a printer online and most sites have this 4.5 out of 5 stars. And they were right. It works well with my printing needs and did a great job in printing some photos.

For $ 300.00 this printer is loud when it prints . I replaced a $100.00 HP printer I bought on sale about 5 years ago and had over 12,000 prints from it and even when it was new it was never this loud . Very DISAPPOINTED in this one , and in the specs they won’t list the decibels and now I see why . I wouldn’t buy this printer unless the noise doesn’t bother you .

there have not been any problems with my new printer I and not having any problem with it at this time. I will contact Best Buy Geek Squad if I have any concerns.

Purchased for child in college. They set it up themselves following instructions in booklet - can print from computer & mobile phone. Fast printing output! Touchscreen for making selections easy to see and use. College-aged child is thrilled with this printer.

It is a great buy as it is as it say: All In One.. Plus the Instant Ink & paper promotions that I wasn't aware of before buying this product.
