I bought this during Black Friday because of the sale. This computer is my first gaming computer and I am pleased with its performance. I have played only one of my games but I have not experienced any lagging or hiccups. This computer is very quiet and half the time I forget that it is on. You get more than what you pay for on this desktop.

This is the first Windows product I’ve used that instantly comes up instead of having to wait for the software to load when turning on the computer like the iMac does. I was amazed. The graphics are also great. The computer runs quickly and smoothly and quiet enough.

the tech put into this computer system is amazing however the fan blades for cooling gets a tad loud if used for long periods of time (4-5 hours + ). i play online games with 0 lag at first and after some updates to the game some slight lag (still have 70+ fps and could be attributed to the game itself). great buy overall with only paying just a tad more than what it'd cost to make my own and knowing its done professionally. would recommend

havent run into any problems with the pc, runs well, has decent airflow, have had it for a little over a year but it is now time to upgrade, if you ever want to add more fans to the top of the case, 120mm or higher will NOT work for this case at all. The exhaust fan is incredibly small same with the cpu cooling fan, this means in order to add more fans or have better chances for upgrades, its time for a new case. The case's airflow is alright you could say. Comes with cpu cooler that is incredibly small and set up so odly to where the fan is tilted. No room or ventilation on the front of the case, hardly any on back, and enough room on top to fit almost 2 120mm fans but the screw holes arent aligned correctly/ is made for a radiator instead of fans. At some points i can hear the fans from across the room and sometimes gets hot enough to be able to cook food on the proccessor. After all it is a great pc for people who dont want to spend the time building or risk breaking components, but if you would like to upgrade this in the future, just know you will probably need to buy a new case.

I really love the Omen desktop computer. I use it for editing large RAW photo files and my son plays games on it. It is super fast and responsive. The PC does get hot when playing games, but that is typical for a unit that doesn't have liquid cooling. Overall this is a great buy.

Have been using daily for high end graphic software. Looks appealing and has been capable to allow for generating and rendering high resolution graphics and movie clip animations. Aluminum housing is nice as well as multiple usb ports. Also great for an awesom gaming experience

This unit was easy to set-up without any problems. The built-in programs made it a snap. The machine has plenty of graphics power to run any program that we have encountered. Plenty of storage for lots of downloads. Just right for the person that wants a"just below" leading edge. Would buy again.

This setup has blown my mind when it’s come to gaming now, console what? If you thinking of jumping into the PC gaming world I suggest take that leap and in the process start out with this one. It has everything you need to get you there and introduce you to the amazing world of PC gaming.

This PC will boot up fast thanks to the M.2 NVMe SSD, which is becoming more and more common these days. Boot up takes a quick 6-10 seconds due to the small SSD being used to hold the Windows 10 Home operating system, it’s a small drive, but you also get a 1TB SATA HD that you can store all your data on. 16GB of SDRAM, running at 2666MHz, with room for another 16GB stick as well for a total of 32GB that it will take. You also get an Intel Core i7-9700 (9th gen) processor (eight-core). Video is provided by a Nvidia GTX 1660 Ti dedicated card with 6GB of RAM with a DVI, HDMI, and Display Port output. This card takes up a lot of space inside with the onboard fan to keep it cool. There are no additional slots to add any other cards though, so you are stuck with just one PCI-E slot. The outside of the case makes you believe that you could add additional peripherals, but I don’t believe you can. The side of the case is glass that provides a nice view of the internals. There are lighting options that you can play around with as well. You can change the light inside using the OMEN command center software and you can also change the OMEN logo color as well. Visually, this computer is very nice and clean looking. Now, there is no DVD drive so if you want to use optical media, you will have to get an external USB device. Not a big deal to me since nearly everything now you can download easily. There is a total of 7 superspeed 5Gbs USB ports (2 being on the top front, and the rest are on the back along with 1 type C variety). I found it strange that an SD card slot was not included with this either and the specs page lists that it has a memory card reader. The power button is a little recessed and you must use your finger nail to toggle it. I find that helpful and it keeps my little ones from pushing the power button when I am in the middle of a gaming session. You are given a wired USB keyboard and mouse and they are cheap and are not comfortable to use so you would probably want to get a higher end set up for gaming, but it’s nice that they included those, nevertheless. The system has built in wireless-AC and Bluetooth 4.2 to connect devices. I found the Wi-Fi to work great and the bluetooth to handle my headphones just fine, but I prefer to use my wired set when I am gaming. I was very impressed with the graphics while playing the games that I like. Currently I am playing Fortnite and Apex legends. I was able to play at their highest settings and the framerate was smooth and looked great. I did observe some heating issues and excessive noise coming from the PC while playing for extended periods of time. Air movement doesn’t seem that good in this case and I will probably be upgrading the fans to provide more air flow in the near future. Overall, this system is a great starter system for the money (when on sale). It can handle most anything you throw at it and unless you are the most hard-core gamer, you can’t go wrong with this. Most people don’t mod their systems or even upgrade them and just want something to work right out of the box. I can say that you would be happy with this one…except for the mouse, keyboard, and maybe the optical and SD card slot options that are missing. I will be recommending this PC for anyone that is looking for a nice solid system and doesn’t want to spend a fortune to get one.

I bought this when my laptop crapped out and decided I wanted to get into gaming PCs. Just had to update the RAM and now it runs really well. Definitely worth it. I got it on sale so my opinion might be a little biased. But games are beautiful on it and run great.

My son wanted a gaming computer and he did research on numerous different models. This is the one he wanted and we found the best price at Best Buy. The speed is excellent and it's a great value for the money. He has had it for 6 months now and still loves it.

This gaming PC is exactly what we needed to play some of the online games with no lag. Quiet. Easy to setup - Plug and Play. This is the second gaming pc we have bought in the last 18 months. Now both my sons can play at the speed of light at the same time!

I bought this machine last year on black Friday and so far it's been amazing. It has plenty of power for any game you want to play. I just bought another brand gaming machine from best buy and so far this is the best bang for your buck.

Bought this gaming rig last year, very fast out of the box, even better using the Afterburner overclocking program. Plays the new Microsoft flight simulator effortlessy even at max settings, but it does get hot (as expected).

I love it. I've never had a gaming PC before and getting this has way better with graphics than my old PC. It also runs super fast. Excited to play so awesome games that I could not before I got this. Bonus points for the Light show!

I built my last machine from scratch, but it was time to upgrade. I didn't have time for one-off equipment updates or a new build, but it was going to hurt to leave the custom world behind; I didn't want to go back to a dull clone. This machine gives me the excitement of a custom build with the stability of a top brand. My wife and daughter put it through its paces with the latest Nancy Drew title. Many of the other people on their game discussion board were complaining about a slow and laggy experience on their machines, but the game flew on ours. Great purchase so far. I even made points with my wife by setting the lights to her favorite color.

Had to make a few internal modifications, but as far as a beginner gaming PC goes, I haven’t had any issues with this one. Worth the sale price!

This PC was a fantastic value for the price. I looked into building my own gaming PC with similar specs, but the total price came out higher than just buying this PC. It has performed great for my gaming needs.

This gaming pc can satisfy most of the game setting, if you don’t want to spend a lot on gaming pc but still want to have good gaming experience, you definitely dont want to miss this gaming pc

Works awesome, super fast and has everything most people would need for work to gaming. Response time is quick, graphics are great. Minimal upgrades needed.
