The truth is, I loved it from the moment I saw the computer in the store, and now that I got it at a good price, I'm very happy with it here at home. It really helps me a lot for college and work. It's very useful, and the screen is perfectly large for multitasking. It was a very good purchase and at a very good price. The only thing I didn't like is that they delivered my PC WITHOUT AN EXTRA BOX, and it could have been damaged along the way... but luckily, nothing happened.

The display and screen is great, I can see everything great on the screen when I get homework. The speed is great to.

This HP Laptop replaced a 16' inch Sony Vaio still perfect from 2007. The new 17.3"HP Laptop does not have as good screen colors as the Sony from 2007 but it is a touchscreen that is quite helpful is changing the size of the font by touchscreen zooming in. I changed computers because Microsoft does not allow upgrades to windows 11 on older computers and windows 10 support disappears in October. My new HP 17.3 inch purchase was of great value, with significant discounts. It is about as good as it gets for modern computers.

Bought this computer to replace an HP Envy laptop that had Windows 10. Re-learning Windows 11 has been both challenging and intuitive. Still learning yet. My budget was set at $500, but a 14 and 15 inch screen size was not going to work for me. I am 75 and need to be able to read what is on the display. Overall, the performance of this laptop is great. There are some bells and whistles included with this laptop that I probably won’t use or need, but I like the display sharpness, keyboard feel, and computer speed. The size and weight and thin profile of this laptop has appeal also.

Love the new computer. Very fast and pictire on the screen is fantastic.

The lap top is excellent, the delivery process was a Total SNAFU...No fault of Best Buy, but FedX. Since we depend on this means of communication so much in our lives today it was frustrating, they shipped it from Califonia all over the country to the East coast and back.....

I was shopping for gift ideas over the recent holiday's and saw the great deal that was being offered on the HP OmniBook X Computer. I had an older laptop that was sadly dying more and more each day. So, I decided it was time to upgrade and treat myself. It was so easy and fast to get it up and running. I was able to get everything set up myself without even having to call the Geek Squad! It is an amazing laptop and I'm very happy with my gift! The service was exceptional (Mansfield, TX location).

This laptop works really fast and handles tasks smoothly. The large 17.3" Full HD touch-screen is bright, clear, and makes everything look great. I really like the viewing experience—it feels immersive whether I’m working, streaming, or browsing. The build feels solid and premium, and with 16GB of memory and a 1TB SSD, there’s plenty of speed and storage for everyday use.

So far, this laptop has been great. It was easy to set up. The speed and memory capacity are sufficient for my needs. The features that were the selling point for me were the large 17" touch-screen, a number pad and light up keyboard. I have not used any of the AI features, so I can't comment on those capabilities. I also don't typically have several programs/screens running at once, so can not comment on how this laptop performs doing that.
