    Keyboard takes a little getting use to as it seems that the keys are closer together. The screen does not lay flat like my previous HP. It does power up automatically upon raising the screen.

    The damaged product was sent, and when I requested a replacement, the agent initially accepted the request but later canceled it. A week later, I received a refund. Overall, my experience with Best Buy was very disappointing.
