Works for what I need it to! The flip option is nice for reading assignments for my classes, as it makes for a comfy couch experience. Battery life is not as good as it claims, unfortunately, but that is the truth with almost every laptop on the market right now. Great deal, but I wouldn't buy it if it is not on sale. Wish that this model had some cases available on the market, but as of right now, no company is willing to take on such a task. It surprisingly holds its own well for programs like Vectorworks, but I would be sure not to overload it on purpose. Perfect as a school/college laptop, but don't use it for gaming or anything crazy (it works with Webkinz, though, haha!). I did not get it for the AI stuff, but it seems ot be fun for those who really want the AI features. Overall, I would recommend this laptop to those in college or looking for an entry-level laptop with decent specs!

Excellent laptop at a reasonable price. I've always been someone that targets the Intel processors due to consistent and quality performance but chose the AMD Ryzen 5 this time and couldn't be happier. The integration with Co-Pilot on top of my subscription to Microsoft 365, this device has exceeded my expectations. It is a heavier laptop due to the 16" size but as long as you understand that going into your purchase, you won't be disappointed. Setup of the device took a little bit of time but that's too be expected with any new device. Overall great product and purchasing online was seamless.

It's a great laptop, Perfect for studying and personal stuff, like drawing with the touchscreen. I wouldn't buy it as a gaming laptop, but it's more than capable of running software like blender, the screen is great too

HP OmnibookX Flip laptop AI is technically amazing while easy to use. The model purchased is not for professionals and college students, not enough storage, but perfect for home use. It is also at a good price point.

So far love this laptop. It is just right for me. The price was very good and it helped it was on Labor Day Sale. The touchscreen is a great plus. This is my first laptop purchase and so glad I decided to invest.

I love this computer. Never thought I would like a touch screen but I do. It’s was time for me to upgrade to a new HP. I was in communication with Best Buy before my purchase. They answered all my questions.

Great computer if you like the immersion of AI. Not a fan of HP but this is the type anyone would enjoy. Great aesthetics design, looked all metal with crisp sound system. Fast and bright screen

I’ve had this HP Omnibook laptop for almost 2 months now. I like the quick on option when opening my laptop. Overall I really like the laptop. My only complaint is the keyboard keys are too flat. Either I have weird fingers/hands or it’s the keyboard. The keys are flatter than my old laptop and I keep pushing the wrong keys, very often. It’s very annoying. I got this laptop because mine was over 10 years old, no longer getting updates, and having issues crashing/not working. I use my laptop for personal reasons, a few hours a week. If I needed it more often I would probably have to use my wireless keyboard I have for work the keyboard is that disruptive.

Very sturdy unit - heavier than expected, making it less enjoyable to place on my lap to use in any configuration. I love the touch screen and the fact that the hinges seem strong, which was a main reason for purchasing a new laptop (the hinges on my existing HP 17 inch laptop with a DVD drive are broken so that I cannot close it, making it more of a desktop than a portable unit). I was able to turn off the touch pad so that I could type on the keyboard without constantly moving the cursor unintentionally. A drawback is that it doesn't come with a numeric keypad which I find very useful, but everything is a trade off. I would recommend this unit if you can get it for the price I paid ($499.99) with a Best Buy CC, allowing for zero % financing if paid off in 12 months.

Overall it fast, does what I need it to do which is being used for school. Only thing is the keyboard. Its smaller and does not have the number keys on the side. Other than that, its a really nice computer. Haven't messed with all the features yet though.

Only had PC for a week. It's been great so far. The PC has lots of features I still have to figure out. Hopefully, it proves it self worthy in the next few months of use.

Love my HP lap top . It was just what I needed in order to use my Cricut machine to make cards and many other paper items. They work well together. Than you Best Buy.

I'm not a "techy" or a "gamer" just a guy that needed to replace his 16-year-old HP tower PC with a new versatile laptop. I've had it for three weeks now and haven't found anything to complain about with it. It has a very clear and beautiful 16" screen. Even though I haven't used them yet, the flip screen and touch screen capabilities will be very convenient. I was concerned about the AMD processor versus an INTEL, but it performs excellently.
It is a very good laptop, especially for the price. I would definitely recommend it.

Like most people, I study online and compare various products before deciding on one. I had a few questions, and the salesman answered them all to my satisfaction. So far, it has met all my expectations. I was disappointed that the backlight was not working on the keyboard, but I looked online again and found that the switch was not turned on (function + key). Now it was exactly what I wanted. I have not folded it over like a tablet yet and likely never will. But I am completely satisfied with this purchase.
