    Everyone was very helpful and professional in assisting us. Their service was prompt. One member , Ashe with the Geek Squad was outstanding. He was extremely patient with us in educating us on our pc purchase. He explained all the technology in plain words and answered all of our questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and very approachable, and answered all questions in a confident, professional manner.

    Love this laptop! As a nursing student the 2-in-1 feature is very convenient for studying, lectures and taking notes (as well as couch rotting on those rare days I don’t have any school work). On downside I will mention is the weight, it is around 4lbs so nothing unmanageable just heavier than I am used to in a laptop but I presume that is normal with 2-in-1 style laptops.

    Nice big screen for my 50-year-old eyes. Easy start up. Only thing I'm not crazy about is the keyboard. Prefer more discreet buttons for ease. But excellent for the price point. No complaints.

    This HP Omnibook was easy to setup, and everything worked flawlessly. The display is wonderful. The backlit keyboard is very helpful when in low light conditions. Primary uses for this laptop are web browsing, e-mail, and using Microsoft Office applications.

    Our Carson City Best Buy is fantastic. From the time you walk in the door you're greeted with a smile. There's plenty of sales assistants to help you plus the knowledge on products. I recently bought my new HP Omnibook laptop and got so much help in getting it setup and files transferred from my old computer. Plus I got a screaming Labor Day sale price!
