This HP Omnidesk is perfect for what we need! We have had it for about one month and are very happy with it so far! This replaced an HP Pavillion that is 13 years old which is still running, but not able to update to Windows 11. Love how fast the new Omnidesk runs and there are plenty of USB ports! Ran into a minor snag right away as we did not want to use One Drive, but I set up an in-store appointment with Geek Squad and they helped me resolve the issue. Wish it could have been solved by phone, but it did get resolved. Was also a great value as we got it on sale.

Does all the things I need it to do in a manageable size desk top. Has all the USB ports I need and the speed is perfect for work related items.

I use this PC for surfing, watching YouTube videos, word processing, spreadsheets , finances, and it has never missed a beat. It is fast and has had no issues with several windows open. Graphics look sharp. The supplied wireless keyboard and mouse are OK but could be better so I plan to upgrade those soon. Setup was easy.

Looks good and works as expected. Runs fast and it blends with my desk.

This desktop works great, is really fast, it came with wireless mouse and keyboard I'm really happy with it. It was my Christmas present to myself and did i mention I got a great price on it. Thanks Again Philip

It was easy to set the computer up and transfer programs from my old computer, The new computer is a lot faster loading programs and using the internet. It has a lot of features that I probably won't use but it is a great computer for my needs.

My new computer is much faster than the old one. So far, so good.

This PC replaces our office PC. I added a big (2TB) SSD for storing our family photos and videos locally. Works great, the keyboard is nice, and it looks good to.

Excellent product for the price. Adequate for home use and streaming. Sufficient RAM and processor.

Basically I needed a computer with Windows 11, doesn't matter why, I just did. This one seemed like it would be perfectly fine at $500. I don't do a lot with a computer, not a big gamer, not for work, just social and personal use. This seems to be doing fine so far. I will say, the included keyboard and mouse don't want to work, but since my old ones do it doesn't matter all that much. Also personally, I do not like the style of mouse this comes with anyway, so my old ones will be fine, at least for now. I bought it for the computer anyway, not for the accessories.

Fast speed. Plenty of storage. Great looking!!!!

This is a simple PC but man is it FAST and high quality. Not doing any games or anything, but running a couple of simultaneous auto-refresh web applications for a volunteer fire dept and it's doing that very well for us. Coming from an old PC with a traditional platter hdd this is a night and day speed upgrade. Also- the keyboard and mouse have a commercial-grade 'tough' and high quality feel to them. Not bad for a 'freebie'.

It works great and I have never before had a silent computer. I am completely satisfied.

Love the new PC. Super fast for my personal use, boots up in seconds rather than minutes and lots of new features. My only complaint would be that the wireless keyboard and mouse did not connect to the PC out of the box and I had to use wired ones instead (which I prefer anyway)

Great computer ! Pretty easy to set up and get it going for my elderly parents. Windows 11 is great. Computer works great and is really fast. Very pleased and highly recommended.

I love this PC. It was my first big purchase from BestBuy and I was amazed at the level of help from chat (Robyn was AWESOME) AND store staff, were able to provide in helping me choose which PC works for me- Perfect! The setup process was straight forward for this older millennial. It's simple to use, fast processing speed and a great value for the money.

I am very impressed with this computer purchase compared to our previous computer. This computer turns on/off at the speed of light compared to our previous computer. It also runs extremely quiet. I’m sure there are things that it can do that I do not know or will ever know, but we are using it as a basic home computer. It is interesting nowadays that computers are lacking a dedicated pre-installed disc drive and microSD card readers, but such are the times I guess. Purchasing it from Best Buy, in the store, was a very smooth process. We have purchased many things from Best Buy over the years and plan on continuing.
