    I needed to replace my tower in my system..I decided to just buy a new tower and keep everything else to keep the cost as low as possible. Since i had HP system,I chose to just get a HP tower and found one on sale and it was a OmniDesk desk top with 512 GB SSD I like it.

    This purchase was a nightmare! I received little support in transitioning from my old computer. Geek squad was little help. I even paid an extra $135 to have in home support. Help from family and friends has helped a great deal and i'm finally able to use my computer a little. However the physical equipment appears to be very good. I hope to never have an experience like this agIn.

    With the help of the Geek Squad I was able to have all data transferred from my very old unit. Took a while to set up, but eventually I was able to get things going.

    Love this computer. Easy set up after the Geek Squad transferred my data. Fast start up and shut down. Easy to access the Internet. Lost of portals to plug in. No DVD. Bought an external one. Had to get an adapter cable for my monitor.

    I love this computer. It's easy to operate, was easy to set up after the Geek Squad did computer install first. Great price for what you get. After my 14 year old HP computer just blew out on me one night, I bought another HP product right away. HP has been good to me.....
