I am disappointed with this PC. It is slow and lags, often so badly that text does not appear until many seconds after typed. Often clicking something results in nothing, not even a spinning wheel for what seems like forever. It's not like I imported much, just pics from my OneDrive. My only guess is bloatware or just not a well put together system. I have run HP's optimizer and system check multiple times. I would be extremely upset if I had paid full price rather than the sale at $449.

This computer sucks. I purchased it for work. I had to return the first one because it was constantly making a loud noise. The replacement is not much better. It takes about 5 seconds for it to open or save a file. The first one did not have that issue. I will not be buying an HP in the future.

This was the worst electronics purchase I have ever made. The man in the store knew exactly what the issue was, had seen it before, and knew immediately it was just "unfortunate" for me.
It's not possible to link a bank account or contact customer service. Product will come missing keyboard, mouse, and cord connecting monitor to computer tower.
Unhelpful, expensive, and incomplete.

Difficult to navigate for easy instructions. I had to call for help and then it was incomplete. I'm not satisfied with the product and also find it to be much slower than my previous desktop, an ASU.

I've had this computer since the end of November. I went to turn it on yesterday and it doesn't work. I barely used this computer, I only use it for bill paying and a couple of worksheets I do monthly. My son knows what's wrong with it but HP won't send the $15 part and now the computer is to be mailed back and wait 2 weeks before they will return it.

We had major problems with keyboard not working. We are on the third keyboard, still intermintant issues with not being able to type. Geek squad worked two hours on the first keyboard, told us we have to go to HP. After three hours with HP customer support, we demanded to claim warranty. HP said that we couldn't get a replacement til mid December.

This computer does not work with linux, which is a first in over 20 years (tried several distros). A linux install hangs right after booting, and requires disabling the ACPI to continue. Given this issue has already been raised in the HP forums and isn't fixed, it's not worth getting.

The computer has shut down unexpectantly several times in the few weeks we have had it. Sometimes the monitor goes black first, it then automatically restarts. I've tried different power strip, no power strip and updated any hardware driver I could find, piece of junk.
