This came very nicely packaged. It was well protected. It was very simple to set up and get going.. i was up and running within 20 mins. This is my first HP and I am very pleased so far. The only con was the size of the keyboard. i had to order a regular size one as the one that came with it was small.

Wasn’t sure how we would like an all-in-one after always having a tower, but it’s been a nice upgrade. So nice not to worry about the space for a tower. The storage capacity of 2T is awesome and the memory has been sufficient for how we use the computer. The touchscreen doesn’t get used all the time, but it’s nice to have it for some things. The one drawback is the modern keyboard looks nice but is very small with compact key arrangement and the mouse is cheap. We have used another wireless keyboard and mouse setup which is less aesthetically pleasing but more functional.

Super easy setup! We've had this for 6 months now & have had zero issues. It's super fast and the kids love the touchscreen!

I am thoroughly satisfied with the computer. It has all the features that I need and is easy to use. It has many features that my other computer did not have. All programs are easy to access and navigate in.

We went in to drop off our laptop to be updated. After dropping it, I thought I would like to go look at the desktops. I was surprised to find the all in one on sale and once a salesman showed me all about it, I was so impressed, I bought it! Surprise purchase! We decided to pick up the laptop and get the desktop. They transferred everything for me from my old desktop and installed WORD 365. When I got home I realized I had the 365, which I didn't want. I brought it back in and they exchanged the 365 for the one time purchase. I think I would have returned it if they had not. I had no reason to use the 365. Awesome! They are wonderful at Best Buy and I love my Geek Squad Agents!

Naturally, with the technological advances of the past 20 years, this is the best PC we've ever owned. But this goes beyond that. Ease of operation, and capacity, are really impressive.

Fast...easy to use...touchscreen works well...screen clarity good...not great...happy with purchase

I was a little skeptical about buying an out of box item. this is the first item I have bought like this but it will not be my last. Everything looks good and working great.

Over all good value. But wireless mouse n keyboard stink. Use a wired mouse n keyboard with usb ports in the back. I use my for gopro videos. For this i use the port in the front. Usb ports are a pain to get to though

This laptop comes with a touchscreen. It is really awesome. The most important I buy it in a good discount. I love it. I will recommend to my friends.

I love the screen for resolution and size, it's awesome. Processor speed is fast and sophisticated multifunction is no problem for this machine. My only reservation is that windows 10 does not cooperate real well with my Samsung phone. I'm slowly finding ways to make everything I have set up with Google to play nice with windows but it requires some patching together.

It’s the perfect set up for my small business. More than enough memory (I’m going digital with my files) and touch screen who doesn’t love that?

It was a great buy. I didn't have it long because my home was burglarized about 3 weeks after I bought it. So I don't have it, the thieves do.

great pc, huge screen, the only slow item is when you start up it takes a minute for the log in screen to come up otherwise fast and great PC

Needed to get an up to date computer for the office, works smoothly and can run Quickbooks alright so far. The bigger screen is very nice.

Kids can use like a tablet for school or games online. And I feel safer doing my school work on a desktop than a laptop. Lots of storage

We were due for a new computer we brought it home and set it up and we’re very happy hopefully this one will last us a while
