Everything she need to perform her business tasks. Most of all, the speed. Large, easy to view, light and ergonomic. Very happy.

Needed to replace my AIO when the hard drive went to the great bit bucket in the sky. The Geek Squad confirmed that the drive was no more than a doorstop, so it was time for a new PC. The PC works quite well, and the SSD C-drive does make startup amazingly fast. Three complaints though: 1) Didn't come with a DVD drive, and the salesman either didn't know or didn't ask. 2) The keyboard that comes from HP is one of those infuriating models that invert the function keys and the "action" keys. And flipping them back isn't the easiest thing to do. 3) The mouse is quite finicky on anything less than a light colored area. It worked on my light wood table, but was not consistent, especially if it wasn't absolutely flat on the desk. Problem 1 was easy to solve, picked up an external DVD drive at BB, The other two problems were solved when I tossed the HP keyboard and mouse for the bluetooth keyboard and mouse from my old PC. I also freed up a USB port, which the HP peripherals required for the controlling dongle. Would I buy another one if I needed to? Probably. I do wish that HP would put their keyboards back to business standard function keys, or provide a simple switch to convert it to one way or the other.

this product is handy to use and easier for me to understand can do every thing by touch saves me alot of space on the desk

Computer boots quickly and screen has great colors. Setup was fairly easy, but I had a couple of glitches. I had to talk to an HP techie who had to reinstall the printer driver as I was unable to communicate with the printer. I also had to turn off One Drive. I wasn't interested in that and it was saying that One Drive was full and I needed (to purchase) more storage space. Once these issues were resolved, every thing was "as smooth as silk". I highly recommend it

. I said it. We needed something to replace a 9 yr old Dell for home school kindergarten that we could actually figure out. We took this out of the box & plugged it in & the computer told us how to set it up. My 5 year old can use either wireless mouse or touchscreen (which is GREAT for kids used to tablets & grown ups with carpal tunnel). The camera can be popped up when its time for class then pushed back down for privacy. The built-in mic & speakers give us great quality

we have been satisfied with this computer. The screen is large and easy to see for us older folks

Big improvement over my old desk-top, Love the large screen, One problem ... it did not come with an instruction manual. It took me 15 minutes to find the On button and I still don't have any idea what the 3 buttons on the right side are for. I tried to find instructions online from HP, but the virtual agent robot had no idea what I was talking about. I tried to speak to a human agent but waited on hold for over an hour before giving up.
