I previously worked with Best Buy for 9 years. I seldom do reviews however I know what good looks like and what exceptional looks like. The team there all were offered over the top service going above and beyond during the crazy holiday season. I will pass closer stores to shop there. Geek squad great, computer associate knowledgeable and the manager lady was amazing.

Its fast, clear, and easy to use! The speakers are nice and loud too! I'm actually typing this review on it! I love the wireless charging port on the base of the monitor! It streams in 4K which is really nice! I caught it on sale for $899! If you're looking for a nice AIO for under 1K, then I would recommend this bad boy!

Bought this all-in-one to replace laptop I had used for my home based business. Also was impressed with overall strong reviews. Good decision since I don’t travel much. Generally pleased with large monitor and overall performance. B&O speakers are awesome, especially for someone like me with hearing impairment.

The screen is large and since the CPU and memory are solid state, opening files is instantaneous. Keyboard and mouse are wireless. I bought Microsoft Office and had Geek Squad install that and my Seiko label printer. They then transferred my data files. Everything went well until I opened a file in the label program. There were no data files. I took my old hard drive back for Geeks to find the Seiko label files, but they couldn’t find them. Not giving up, I googled “how to find Seiko label files” and read to try opening “public “ user. So I went into the Geek Data Transfer folder on my new PC and for user I chose Public. When I did that, I found my files - over 200 contacts I would have had to reconstruct if I hadn’t googled. Now I am happy and enjoying my new PC and even printed out my Christmas card labels already.

Huge screen. Easy to setup. Fast when searching and using multiple programs. Thought that the mouse and key where cheap for this unit and what it cost.

What an exceptional computer! It is lightening fast, and so easy to set up, my cats could do it if they weren’t busy arguing with each other. Plug it in and it literally talks you through the set up. HP is an excellent brand and this All In One is the best I’ve had to date.

I replaced my Samsung All In One with the HP - Pavilion & have been very pleased in how it performs for me. The Tech at Geek Squad set up my computer exactly the way I wanted. The charging pad for my cell phone is an added plus. The simplicity of using this computer is AWESOME.

Very nice computer. Easy to use speed is much better than my old one. Very light weight and takes up very little space being an all in one computer. Has many features my old one did not. Screen is of very good quality nice and sharp picture. Would highly recommend this to any one.

Love the screen size keyboard is solid. I like that it has a camera built in u pullup on it when you want to use it then slide back down when not in use. Easy to keep clean. I love this product. Also we have a year to pay it off before interest kicks in & offered 3yr w worth it.

Buying tech equipment is NOT fun for us. I just want things to work and be "easy". So with just a wish for faster, current, flexible, easy we worked with Jacob A. in Oshkosh WI to figure out what we wanted/needed/hoped for. He was GREAT! patient, understanding, worked through our "wish list" and lack of knowledge to come up with the HP - Pavilion Touch-Screen All-In-One computer and we love it! working well, fast, easy and functioning! He then led us to Jacob with Verizon and the Geek Squad and we are set with 2 new phones, a new router, GEEK squad support and more! Thanks to Jacob for making it happen!

I'm loving this desktop so far. It was easy to set up and using it is a breeze. I mostly use it to surf the web and helping me with my cosplay/costuming protects, including my 3d printer software, and its perfect! I'll update if I run into any issues.

Finally got an upgrade to a All-in-one computer! Very good size monitor screen and great built-in sound speaker. Kind of pricey but seems to last long. I also liked the built-in camera which can be hidden when it's not in use. I would recommend this product.

This is a great system for a non-gamer user! It has plenty of speed/performance for a person doing email, web-surfing, or socializing. The display is a nice size and very clear and there are plenty of HDMI/USB ports to plug in an external hard drive, an external DVD/CD reader/writer, USB port hub, printer, etc. It also has a good camera that can be slid into the top of the display out of view when not in use. A little bit pricey but all-in-all a nice system for the average person.

So far this has been an excellent desktop computer. Have had for about 1 month, was super easy to set up. No glitches, fast, reliable. Seamlessly integrated into my home office. Easily connected to my new printer wirelessly. No issues at all.

Excellent - fast and reliable. Screen size and fidelity are near perfect for both documents and photographs. The all-in-one is a much improved concept over my tower Pavilion with much less space taken up for much more computing power.

I love my new all-in-one computer. Big screen. Fast speed. Good price. I did have to buy external cd/dvd player, but that hasn’t turned out to be as big an issue as I thought. Best Buy and geek squad are the only way to go!

This is my daily user. I do everything on this and it handles it with ease. Great display and sound. Size is perfect for me. No need for upgrades with this one. Plenty fast.

HP has always been a great electronic product. I have three all-in-one computers. Saves space, fast, nice clear touch monitor, the phone charging base is convenient and also helps with having less wires.

This computer works and looks excellent. An All In One is a new concept (to me) that takes up far less space. The performance is everything I could ask for.

Excellent desktop. Very easy to use and setup. Love the All-in-One features. Only drawback is the location of the USB ports. They are on the back of the monitor and very difficult to get to.
