This was bought for work done at small business home office and Master's Program assignments. Fast, user friendly, high quality. Considered replacing an all in one at the office, but opted to buy an updated all in one. Very happy with both choices.

For a simple, no thrills, no upgrades and affordable, this is decent computer. After adding another 8gb of memory, 1TB of storage, external Blu-ray drive (standard isn’t one) and upgraded video card, you’re going to be in line with more expensive computers that offer more. All pretty easy to upgrade if you buy the right things. It’s quick, runs the programs I need and the start up is pretty fast.

We are using this to administer a youth baseball program and so far it has performed as needed and it is actually quite fast for our purposes (a big improvement over the one it is repalcing). Most importantly though, it was not a strain on the league's budget.

This is a bangin’ little machine at a good price, and made me rethink my earlier ambivalence about HP desktops for reasons with which I won’t bore you here. Needed another desktop for a family member taking online classes; I originally shuddered at the thought of an i3 for some reason, but especially with our home internet, it’s perfectly fine for every home officey purpose for which we need it. Lots of USB connections on front and back, easy setup, the bootable SSD makes a big difference. My only MINOR complaint is that the chassis is so light, we usually have to hold it in place for a medium-or-tighter USB fit when we plug something into the front. If you want a cost-effective home office or school machine, though, this is a great choice.

Purchased this desktop from BB 4 weeks ago. Since it’s my 1st computer with an ssd I was astonished to see it booted up and ready to use In 3-5 seconds. As a Candy Crusher I used to wait 1-2 minutes for the game to load but with the latest I3 processor/SSD combo it’s now 5 sec. Anyhow the only downer this wk I’d to reset the system to factory settings something was corrupted.

Hooked up all the peripherals and turned it on. Up and running in less than an hour. Quiet and FAST! No technical glitches. Used my old monitor and printer without any problems. Would recommend! Using for office apps and heavy internet usage, multiple tabs open without any issues.

This is on the lower end of my minimum requirements for a new computer. However, with the budget I was allowed this has worked okay. It is not a powerhouse, but it has handled our word processing, spreadsheet and email needs okay. So far we have had no issues.

I generally use this desktop for word processing and browsing the internet and it's better than I expected it to be. Plenty of storage for documents and photos, sufficient ports for everything I use and speed is good.

This HP is great for someone who's looking for a simple home computer, it will do bookkeeping, publishing, PowerPoint with the proper programs. Its not a high powered gamers computer, but we don't all need that. The price is very reasonable. Fast & simple.

Have had this PC unit for nearly 6 weeks and so far it hasn't let me down. Fast loading times. Decent graphics on my PC games. Easy to set up (less than 10 minutes!). I got a great deal on it so keep watching for those deals. I like that it has multi-usb ports at the front. Runs quiet for my taste. I also like the polished look on the outside cover.

I purchased this HP computer because my 11 year old E Machine was over due to be replaced AND it was on sale on a Deal-of-the-Day promo. This thing is amazing for less than $400.00.

Purchased this computer for my church’s office; it’s use will be mainly for budget and accounting purposes. The computer installation and set up was easy and quick. The computer is very fast for the applications being used and is extremely quiet.

Needed a new computer to replace the Windows 7 computer I've had for over 10 years. I'm not a gamer, so I this has been a great replacement computer. Very fast. However, the quality of casing doesn't come close to what I had. My old computer was study. This one is cheaply built. My old computer had a study CD/DVD drive where the media was placed flatly as in most DC players. The CD/DVD drive on this computer is a cheaply made and the media has to be paced on its side. The drive doesn't even open all the way. However, for the price, the computer fulfills my needs.

I followed the advise of the Geek Squad when replacing my desktop and got a solid state desktop. It's extremely quiet and doesn't heat up like my former desktop did. It's easy to use and has plenty of plugs for all the options.

Perfect for my needs. Not a gaming system. Mostly used for documents and spreadsheets. Can run games and videos that I tried. Plenty of storage and speed for my normal usage.

It figures that my ancient computer decided to explode during a pandemic. Fortunately, I was able to locate a very nice replacement at Best Buy and they had curbside pickup! It worked very well; I drove up, checked in on my phone and within 5 minutes a nice young gentleman was sliding a new computer into the back seat of my truck. Perfect social distancing! The computer itself is fine; I don't require anything fancy. Setup was easy, speed is fantastic. Best Buy gets my 5 stars for their excellent customer service.

We had a HP-Pavillion desktop before but it was getting old and slow. We decided to go with a new HP-Pavillion after doing research on computers. We are extreamly pleased with this choice. Very fast and easy to operate.

Stored everything I need and easy access to what was stored. Easy plug in, and convenient getting it to use/plug in and unplug. I like it.

High speed and efficient in every way! Plenty of speed and storage with great interface with other technology! You rerally can't buy a better desktop with perfection from HP.

The PC is fast enough for my purposes and quiet. Time will tell on whether the SD drive (in lieu of a std. hard drive) is reliable or not. The pre-installed software, especially some of the Microsoft components (Edge, for instance) can make it annoying to set up the PC the way you want.
