HORRIBLE PURCHASE.

I originally thought it was the windows 11 upgrade. I went back to windows 10 and the issue persist. DO NOT BUY. HP IT seems has a reputation for having PCs that crashes a lot.

I understand that it was a refurbished unit, you could have at least cleaned it up and packed more neatly.

IT IS NOT. . BOUGHT THIS DESKTOP WITH WIN 10 WHICH WORKED OK & SET IT UP ON 3/26/22. THE NEXT DAY WHEN I TURNED IT ON IT GOT A LOT OF UPDATES INCLUDING THE WIN 11 ONE. NOW I HAVE NO SOUND. I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE WITH MICROSOFT TWICE TO NO AVAIL. THEY TOLD ME TO CALL UP HP. BEEN ON THE PHONE WITH THEIR AGENTS AND THEY COULD NOT FIX THE SOUND. CHECKED THE INTERNET FOR THIS PROBLEM AND THERE WERE A LOT OF PEOPLE WITH THE SAME PROBLEM. NO SOUND AFTER WIN 11 UPDATE. THIS DESKTOP WAS MADE IN 2021 AND SOPOSEDLY COMPATIBLE WITH WIN 11. BUT NOBGODY CAN FIX THE SOUND. I EVEN PAID A HP SUPPORT FOR $49.99 TO FIX IT. THEY COULD NOT FIX THE SOUND. DO NOT BUY THIS DESKTOP. Recommends this product ✘ No
