I bought this for a Microsoft class just to have ease of use and this didn’t disappoint. Great price for a fully functional laptop. Can get hung up a little bit bc of the slower processor but I can’t complain when it cost me less than $300! I would buy again.

I purchased this laptop for my daughter who needs it for her internship. She loves how small and portable yet powerful the laptop is.

I am very pleased with the computer. It is small and compact but all the bells and whistles as the full size. Would recommend

I purchased this laptop almost one year ago for my girlfriend, and she was ok with it for the first 6 months or so, and more recently it keeps crashing for no known reasons that could be possible...I've had to factory reset this laptop about once a week is what it seems like, and I'm not sure if I downloaded a bad update or what because something is causing it to crash and not load up Windows, and now it seems like performing a factory reset on it only works about 60% of the time....This laptop has really only been used for web browsing, streaming via HDMI from laptop to television, and email, so I'm not sure what is causing it to wipe out but I did buy the "Geek Squad Protection Plan" with the laptop, so I have an appointment this week to have it looked at and hopefully fixed for good before the plan runs out...As a whole the laptop seemed solid at first, it was'nt the fastest laptop but not the slowest I've owned either, has decent memory and carries the HP (Hewlett Packard) logo which is one of the main reasons I chose this laptop, but beware of sudden crashes with the software updates or maybe it's a problem with the actual model laptop, rigjt now I'm stuck at 4 or 5 on a scale of 1-10 on satisfaction of laptop purchased...

I got this HP computer for my twin nieces as a sweet 16 birthday present, but I always used windows and its easy to work with.
