I have had this laptop for over a year now (purchased Jan. 2019) and I still love it. I used it primarily for college, easy to carry around due to its' size and weight. Best choice to start out with. The only thing that bothers me is how slow it is when turning it on, everything loads slower after using it for awhile, not sure if this is fixable or if I just have a lot of stuff in it.

For the money I feel this is one of the better buys in this category of laptops. The size, look, feel and weight are all very good. The keyboard in particular has a great touch to it. So far the battery life has lived up to the specs and the speed and processing of the laptop has exceeded my initial expectations. Well done HP!

I really enjoy the touchscreen feature of this laptop. It also looks like an expensive laptop and is quite light. It is a little slow, but it was not too expensive so I can look past it. I was going to get a MacBook but I could not get myself to spend that kind of money. Overall I think I made a good decision going with this laptop.

Purchased this laptop to carry around with me daily. It's a grest laptop with a crisp screen and plenty ofbpower and processing power for working daily via Internet and with everyday programs like MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Grear wifi connectivity. Lightweight and easy to carry around. Does what I need it to do.

This laptop was pretty great until the audio decided to cut out but was fixable by uninstalling and reinstalling some audio program it had built in. The touch screen was always super cool and I loved that, made switching screens or typing easier! This is definitely a laptop for small projects, I felt the fan overworking at points when I was running nothing so that was worrisome but overall, pretty good.

This is a good mid-level computer, for the price the value and ease of use meets our expectations. We provide this computer as part of a business startup package, the processing speed is excellent. The computer is small in size and easy to pack around, yet large enough to allow easy use of Microsoft Excel.

I was looking for an affordable but solid laptop for my nephew in a medical school overseas. I came across this product on sale and purchased it. My nephew has used it for the last 3 months; he has communicated to me that he loves it "to death." It's solid and does everything that is needed!
