As I work from home I grew tired of headphones that make my ears sweat. Same goes for earphones that make my inner ear hurt from long time use. This earphones sit so comfortably on my ear and just hover over my ear canal.
This is my second bluetooth of this brand(HP-Poly)

I bought the same one before and it must have not been working correctly, so I decided to try another one and this one works very well but you can't link your contact list to it so you don't know who is calling you. That's the only thing I don't like about it

I bought this to replace my older Plantronics Voyager headset. It doesn't come close. The removal of caller notificaton if they are in your contacts doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Why remove a feature that already exsisted? The AI sounding voice announcing the calls coming in is a little off putting, I realize that is a me issue. I have to say answer several times before the call will pickup. Several times when I say to ignore the call it answers anyway. I wish HP would have left a really great product alone. The version made by Plantronics had been my goto headset since the early 2000's. I will be looking for a replacement sice this is no longer the product it used to be.

Easy to use out of the box. Noise canceling is solid. USB-c charging solves issues with older plantronics headsets and the poly app provides all the configurations.
