Plenty of power and features in a small package. I have a similar unit and work and have been impressed with the small footprint. It meets all of my basic computer needs for CPU, memory, and even the built-in graphics are more than adequate (unless you are gaming of course). The refurbished unit looks just like new and I have no reason to believe it won't function as new. I have been using this desktop for several weeks now without any issues. One word of caution, the CPU model is not eligible for upgrade to Windows 11, but that is not a deal breaker for me. I am happy to use the current OS for as long as I am using this desktop.

After receiving, installing, and purchasing additional accessories for what I thought was an HP i7 mini PC, I realized that it was an HP i5 mini PC I received. Spoke to an agent and was basically told to return it for a refund. Additionally, while the agent is telling me that this wouldn't happen again, I'm reading another reviewer who had the same issue. Do you even care? You have wasted my TIME and I don't like losing time.

bought this for my wifes home office. i havent tried gaming but should work fine for sims. will update if it goes poorly. does not come with wifi, so get a wifi adapter also only has display ports i think it would be better if it didnt come with mouse and keyboard and the price was just lower.

I’m really happy with this desktop so far! It's compact and lightweight, which makes it easy to move around or tuck away neatly. Perfect for everyday home use — web browsing, office tasks, and media. I don’t play games, so can’t speak to its gaming performance, but for regular tasks it runs smoothly. Just a heads up: it doesn’t come with Wi-Fi, so I had to connect it via LAN cable for internet access. Still, solid value for the price.

I unfortunately received a PC with an i5 processor instead of the i7 I purchased, but I don't know if that's a Best Buy problem or the refurbisher. The PC received is great, and had there been a listing for an i5 with 16gb of RAM and a 500gb SSD, I probably would have chosen to purchase that. The PC received is a full 5 stars, but the fact that it's not the computer I ordered knocks it down a couple.

I recently purchased an HP refurbished 800 G3 Desktop and it's proving to be a great choice. I was a little hesitant about getting a used computer but Joy Systems (backed by Best Buy has proven themselves worthy. I only had one doubt about them because of inability to connect to internet, however when I called them the instructions were clear. I needed to install an internet driver which was not a big thing and the Geek Squad did it for me. I bought online and had the computer in a little over a week. Now it's up and running smooth. Thanks guys!

Bought this refurbished PC that was put together by JoySystems. Solid overall. Use it to run Home Assistant and for backup file storage and access. Had to get HDMI adapters to connect to my monitors since I’m using DP on my main computer. This comes with a basic keyboard and mouse that I could do without but whatever.

Awesome computer for the price. It's very fast and perfect for what I'm using it for. It does not come with a Wi-Fi card so make sure you know that. I recommend this PC.

This is a great little machine - only 2 disappointments. 1) Processor was supposed to be an I7 but was actually an I5, Also, it was impossible to identify the port configuration for video output until receiving the actual unit.

My order was delivered in the expected timeframe. It looks like a new PC and came with what looks like a new keyboard and mouse. They include some easy to follow quick setup instructions and provide contact info for any issues. Only option for display connection are digital display ports. It has plenty o USB ports.

Exactly what I needed! The only thing is you need a display port cord not an HDMI to connect to a monitor but its an easy fix. 10/10.

I received an i5 instead of the i7 that i ordered. I see from the other similar reviews that this is an on going issue.

best buy neglected to mention that this machine is not capable of running windows 11 . won't take it back after 15 days . it hasn't been 30 days at this point. I can't use the machine for its intended purpose since windows 10 won't be supported. the machine works fine otherwise
