Well out of the box had to validate windows and go through a series of updates, Internet pages never fully loaded correctly, sluggish, kind of basic, Hard drive was noisy, lots of memory so storage is no issue after 5 months Hard drive crashed, tech said it was original HDD so the term refurbished is misleading, Never truly happy with this machine but I guess you get what you pay for.

After my old computer died and researched high & low, this HP computer actually had more features than my old computer of only 2 years. Plenty of memory, can store tons of pictures, and plenty of usb ports, plus a great dvd player. And... It's at a terrific affordable price. Perfect!

The computer arrived on schedule. Once it was set up, I noticed that the cooling fan was making excessive noise. If it was new, I could take it back and have the power supply replaced. Being refurbished, I would have to wrap it up and send it back to have it repaired and I would be w/o my computer until it was returned. When it fails (not if), I will buy another power supply and install it myself. The retail cost of a new power supply is less expensive than the shipping would be and I won't be w/o my computer for what could be a few weeks.

The machine would not boot as delivered. Would power on and then cpu fan would come on at highest speed after about 20 seconds. After trying several remedies it turned out the two ram cards were incompatible. I removed one and the machines boots and runs fine now although with only 4 gig of ram instead of 8 gig.

Had to rework sound system, Keyboard was bent and would not work. Had problems with the system turning off, would hit shutdown and instead it would go to sleep, then would not turn back on so had to use power button to shutdown. Had to fix that.

I would definitely NOT buy this again... Lots of driver issues and still have issues. If I was an average user I would have lost it a long time ago.

This computer had some great features, if only they had all worked right. There was a problem with the USB ports so I had to return the entire unit. I must say that customer service took care of my refund with courtesy and no hassle.

The system continued to boot up looking for an OS in a USB port rather than the internal hard drive. Had to bring it in twice to get it resolved. There was no charge but it did take a couple of hours each time.

Easy to set up and use. No Wi-Fi card so it required purchase of an adapter. Very nice after I got that installed. Much better unit than my old one, well worth the money.

The computer works much faster than my old one, not to mention I am no longer getting those messages that I had no tech support for my Windows 7 unit.... It will take me a while to get used to all the new stuff in the Windows 10 package. Looks like a lot more than I need. The main reason I bought this unit was the larger storage capacity. I am trying to dust off my cameras and will want to store some images as I learn more about that hobby, too. Looks like I can upgrade this unit, if necessary. Another plus!

While the price was right and the delivery was quick, there seems to be a part missing on the back of the computer, the mouse came cracked and broken and none of the cords fit. I am disappointed.

Hello! I, Walter Rickets; I suspecting that, did not order two HP Refurbished Compaq Desktop-intell Core i5 8GB memory-2TB Hard Drive. I already got one from Best Buy Store yesterday. So, not want orderng second of Tower. Money back to my Bank, thank you.

Needed a powerful late model computer, works great.

Ok for basic use. Not great for gaming. Needed extra items not included. No WiFi card

It took 4 hours to get to talk to someone then they could not do anything for me. All I wanted to do is drop it off and have them check it out. But now I have to wait until July 12th before I can even talk to someone. Not happy with the service.

This is exactly what I needed to pay bills and occasionally surf the internet. Great price and all I need.

Opened box and unpacked. Put it in place , plugged it in and followed the prompts. Great buy!

Works great except hard drive is only 730 GB IT was supposed to get a 1TB hard drive can not get call back about my complaint I guess because of COVID 19

Received on time and using the machine. No any issue arise yet. So far good product. I always buy from Best Buy and buying HP or Dell, Never had issue at all.
