Look for yourself, in the item listing it says "..16GB Memory.. " in the title. System only comes with 8GB. Good thing I didn't open up the device so there is no doubt I took one one. Product is decently priced for its hardware, condition (Refurbished), and 8GB RAM, but is still pretty disappointing to have half what is promised.

I SHOPPED AROUND AND THIS WAS THE BEST DEAL I COULD FIND. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH IT. GOT IT SET UP IN A FEW MINUTES. I BOUGHT IT TO REPLACE A 10 YEAR OLD DESKTOP THAT MY HUSBAND USED. IT IS SO MUCH SMALLER AND COMPARABLE TO WHAT THE OLD ONE. HE JUST USES IT TO SURF THE NET AND WATCH VIDEO/MOVIES. FYI IT WAS NOT WIFI BUT I GOT A USB ADAPTER. I FORGOT TO CHECK TO SEE IF IT HAD WIFI SO THAT IS ON ME. OVERALL HAPPY WITH THE VALUE.

Only had 8gb of ram but was supposed to have 16.
Returned for that alone. Also didn’t realize before purchase, no wifi nor hdmi.

Works great no issues but the header is incorrect. It says 16gb memory but only received 8gb but works as it should.

cheap computer

The product has a DirectPort, instead of a HDMI, but it doesn't work. I contacted Joy Systems, after multiple unsuccessful attempts to resolve this warrantee problem easily, I decided the hassle was too great so I use the VGA. Basically, I got what I paid for...a cheap computer...it works mostly.
