We've used about 250 HP EliteDesk Mini Desktops in our call center for the past 2 years with constant use. There has been minimal failures and they take up very little space on the Reps desk, which is crucial. We started out with iCore5 machines with 4GB of RAM. Over time we have recently started purchasing these machines with 8GB or RAM. The only down side is they don't have a DVD/CD drive. But you can always purchase an external DVD/CD drive inexpensively.
