The printer has problem. It has a scratch a lot on the surface. Moreover, the printed documents have a lot of white empty horizontal lines! I checked ink cartridge and the date of both cartridges was mid 2016 even though I bought it Apr 2020.

I was wiling to give it a try and when I received the printer, I believed it was going to do what it was supposed to. Problem one: brand new black ink cartridge did not register on the machine. Problem two: machine not registering paper inside when full of paper. Problem three: machine originally connected to computer and functioned...went to use it again and printer stating that it was not connected to a computer. Problem four: printer stating not connected to computer but from computer could send scan command, printer would scan but image would not appear on computer. Too many things going wrong. Very disappointed.

This printer was refurbished and looked brand new out of the package. The printer has worked well so far. Had it about a month. Only issue was that the black ink cartridge did not work for some strange reason. Called customer service and they took care of it right away.

Let me start w/the fact that this printer arrived only 2 days after ordering w/free shipping! Easy wireless setup on all of my wireless devices. Even prints out an email address for to print directly to the printer from anywhere. I gave 4 stars not 5 because it decides if it should print from the letter tray or the picture tray depending on what you send to print & I cannot find how to disable the picture tray. This can be quite frustrating since almost everything has a picture on it.

This wasn’t so much of a great buy,it didn’t last long.However I’ve invested in a more expensive one with better service...I would recommend this printer for a small family. Who isn’t doing lots of printing

For a refurbished printer price was excellent and it works great

This printer does what it claims, it prints. It prints in color, it prints in black and white and with prints quick. I like the single color ink refills also. Not like my old hp which had multi colors. Once a print head died the printer was not good anymore. I guess the same could be said about this one too. I hope not.

1st one had to be returned, wrong ink sent. Only printed a couple pages with the new one but so far it seems to work. I orginally purchased this same printer a couple years ago and it started having issues 1 month after warranty was up (stopped scanning, would'nt shut down etc. and support said it could'nt be repaired) So instead of spending a bunch of money I purchased a refurbished one with a warranty.

Positive about it, like that I can connect my phone to it

Bought this to WFH like many others. The instructions were super easy to follow, along with the videos that display on the printer itself. Haven't had any issues just yet. Came with 2 ink cartridges which was a bonus!

I needed a basic printer for my household. This provided all I needed and because it is wireless I can print from any room in my home.

Overall great printer/scanner I’m able to use in homeschooling my daughter and printing assignments for work. Not to mention the amazing price I bought it for. It’s pretty big too.

Good printer reasonably priced. Easy set up. Bought 2nd one for my granddaughter.

Purchased this as refurbished printer and I am liking it as if it's a new. It had a little glitch where it asks for having the paper in both trays at the same time without which it won't print..

It's a good price product but the ink runout fast! and the cost of two cartridges is the same price of the printter

Excellent product no issues so far. It prints well, copies are crystal clear and easy to print from my cell phone.
