I am somewhat satisfied, but the computer listed states that I should have all connections listed on the back however I am missing #4 and #6 it wasn't too big of a deal I took the computer to best buy and the sold me and adapter that I could connect my monitor to HDMI. My only thoughts it should have been free since I didn't get what was promised.

Came a lot faster than it said it would.However, I keep having to reset the WI.Fi adapter, I'll be typing something in and then it'll go offline.It's very annoying other than that, it would have been great.I have not called customer service yet.It does have a year warranty.It said it was supposed to come with a manual but it did not.It just came with a user guide

An older upgraded machine but with WIN 11 pro it is a great buy. Memory and RAM are great.

I wasn't looking to buy a new computer, but my current set-up couldn't upgrade to Windows 11. I had to look for a good deal on decent Windows 11 computer, and I saw a Black Friday deal on this HP Prodesk. The price was good, and so far it's been a good computer. For the price, it's a solid computer. I'm happy with it.

The Mini desktop is working fine as far as hardware. It is missing the sd drive, no big deal. I did ask a question regarding the sound at STGAubron website about 2 weeks ago, and still have not received a reply or an acknowledgement. I was able to resolve the sound issue myself. Just curios about the support. That is the reason for 4 stars.

I was in the market for a Windows 11 system to replace my no-upgradable Windows 10 system. Found this on Best Buy and the price was unbeatable. It is blazingly fast and proved to be the best I could hope for.

I love this Computer it’s fast. It also does ev I wanted it to do.. I recommend this computer to anyone who needs one at a low price.

Very happy with purchase of refurbished computer. Felt confident making the purchase through Best Buy.

Customer service desk at this marketplace was beyond excellent, but first product sent did not work, and it's replacement was incorrect unuseable, so I returned it to Best Buy Store for refund In order to purchase a new, non refurbished product. Love HP products in general so don't know what happened in this case regarding their refurbished products.
