I just wish we were able to scan images without having to go through their app. Maybe, you can and I can't figure it out? If thats the case, they need to make it easier to comprehend because I'm fairly tech savvy.

Refurbished And Lacking

After 3 months we started see problems with it. The paper and envelopes would not print aligned. The printer said there was a paper jam and would not print, when there was none. We became frustrated and stop using it. It was not worth the money for a refurbished printer. We have purchased refurbished items over the years and have had little problems with our items. This printer made us rethink the use of refurbished products.
